Has to be near the end of GTA4 when I had to choose to either get revenge on Dimitri or take the money, was sat in the car for about ten minutes, eventually went after Dimitri no real downside to this only Kate getting shot, didn't like her much anyway.

Forcing my Lover; to sleep with a Woman he hates; to complete an evil ritual that'll probably bring Great evil to the world;.....but will save his life at the end of the day.

AKA Dragon Age: Origins was simply amazing, it was.

Whether or not to finish playing John Marston's last mission on my second play through of Red Dead.. I just couldn't put myself through that again.

Also a lot of choices in Dragon Age : Origins also made me stare my screen for a while thinking 'What the heck am I going to do..." IE : Killing Connor the abomination and sparing Loghain at the Landsmeet. For the sake of tragedy.
You know you can be an uber hero and save everyone involved with Connor right? You just have to save the circle before you start Redcliff, and I think Wynne has to be in your party as well. Assuming, of course, that you want to be an uber hero.
Yeah, Yeah I know :D I played the game way too many times so I know all possible endings and such.
But for the sake of role playing - Your Warden arrives at Redcliff, gets assaulted by way too many undead to discover a possessed little kid. When you think about it, is leaving the castle to go to the Circle a "realistic" idea? Sure in the game it lets you do it, but... I wouldn't leave an abomination free and roaming and capable of killing even more people while I'm off to get help.

seriously !! it is so hard sometimes!! specially for classes like the medic and the engie.

i, on the one hand like the medics automatic weapons, but i also like to have the M14 with its very good range!!
and for the pioneer, its either being a douche with rpg and a lot of fun or a hot shot with c4

also i really liked the endings (7!!! or so) of Deus Ex: Invisible War
there was one section where the game asked you to give up most of ur powers to join a certain faction. that was a very hard but still great decision, because on the one hand that faction seemed to be the good ones (for me at least). sure they were kind of terrorists but they also tried to fight the hole nano technology wich lead to great suffering (in the egyptian level, pretty much a hole was town ill and slowly deceasing, exept those rich and wealthy enough to get a treament)
on the other hand, to join this faction, they asked from you to give up all your nano enhancements, so pretty much all your powers, wich also made the game alot harder.

that was a great coflict between personal power and a greater good.
i went for my personal power, but in the end i really regretted it. and thinking of it, i still do regret it today!

sorry for any bad engrish, im german

Whether or not to blow up Megaton in my 'serious' playthrough of Fallout 3. Or which faction to side with in New Vegas. I can never make up my fucking mind.

What was the most morally difficult decision you've ever made. For me it would have to be from The Pitt expansion from Fallout 3 where you have to decide whether or not to sacrifice a baby to find a cure for a disease.
How come? The game flatout tells you if you were nice (+ karma), or bad (- karma).
For me its either some choice in The Witcher or... No its the witcher. Mainly because there is no retarded morality system.

You misunderstand me. I saved the circle first and then went to Redcliff. So with the fast travel system Irving was there in like 10 minutes.
Come to think about it, I should have ordered a pizza too....
Tee Hee. ;]

In reality I see your point, but I always thought the blood mage subdued him, I stayed there with my party to secure the area, and I sent one of my other companions as a messenger to the circle. I guess it is all about your perspective on how the event plays out.

I never have trouble with moral decisions.
I always choose the most Evil option.

Now, I might ponder some time when choosing between 2 Evil options, to decide which one brings the most suffering in the long term.

Whether to side with Morinth or Samara in Mass Effect 2. Once you know the full story, that's a really tricky issue with no right answer...hell, the Renegade option could easily have been the Paragon one had they made the set-up slightly different.

Yes, I found that harder than the Legion one. I love how many people have to really stop and think about that one, but the answer seemed natural to me (I DID still pause to confirm it though).

Heavy Rain whether or not to kill the "drug dealer".
I completely forgot about this one, but that's waaaay up there too. That was intense and I seriously felt guilty no matter what the outcome.

It was the choice of Kaiden or Ashley's death in Mass Effect 1. Still to this day, I can't really decide. DAMN IT I freakin love Carth Onasi and Mila Kunis.

I guess one of the harder ones for me was in New Vegas, whether or not I should kill the family in the vault or instead kill them and clean the water for all the farmers.

Dragon Age: Origins. I left a kid's soul in the hands of a demon to get access to Blood Magic :\

Took me a while to make the choice and still regretted it later on pretty much throughout the game (and not just because Blood Magic sucked :p ).

Pretty much any major choice in The Witcher 2, because you don't know what will happen next.

Mass Effect 2, Legion's loyalty mission.

I learned sooo much about myself that day. That was a deep choice.
that was really easy for me to be honest.

Pros
1)possible allies
2)one less enemy. or atleast alot less of them
3)less reaper oriented geth
4)not morally wrong(if you reprogram them its not like they will remember what happened before. computers and such)

Cons
1)well.. i cant think of one really.

Anyways on the topic i'd say the only decisiont aht threw me a spin(besides the ME2 leaders and specialists for the final mission) would be in the original fable, whether to kill theresa and get the uber sword or save the poor girl whos life had been total shi*t her entire life.
