Harley Quinn...Who could play her part?

No one because while it should be a female villain, it will be Talia al Ghul.

Only problem with that is they turned Raz AL Gul into a gimmick rather than a real supernatural being. I don't think his daughter would hold the same weight anymore.
If they did cast her I'd like to see that Moon Bloodgood chick play her.

I do like the idea of Helena Bonham Carter. I like her a lot and she's pretty fucking crazy too, especially after seeing her in the Harry Potter movies, I just think she might be a little old for the part.

Not that she's old (I mean, I think she's hot go ahead call me crazy), but I thought Harley Quinn was supposed to be pretty young. Like in her early 20's.

Now a lot of people (including myself) really would love the idea of Harley Quinn being in the next Batman. The question is, who do you think could really play the role of Harley Quinn? Do you think an unknown would need to be picked up for the part?

Just to get the ball rolling...Kristen Bell. Why? I can't think of anyone else right now, and think perhaps she could do a fairly good job. However the calibre of acting that Ledger brought probably means that they are looking to best him, and Bell, while we haven't really seen her in such a part (everyone scoffed at Ledger being the Joker) I'm not sure if she could hack it.

Feel free to post pictures of the actress if you like, so we can get an idea of what they could look like playing the part.

Kristen Bell? Feh, if you want the character to be vapid and annoying, then absolutely. I'd rather see Anna Faris, to tell you the truth.

I'd agree with Helena Bonham Carter. She was great in Sweeny Todd and I think that greatness would carry over into a character like Harley Quinn, especially with the possibility of Johnny Depp being the Joker in the next one

But no I'm fairly certain Paris Hilton is actually incredibly intelligent, everything she touches turns to gold and she has managed to make a career for herself out of being a bimbo. It takes a very special mind to do that and constantly stay in the public eye. Hell if it was easy then we'd be overrun by people like her.

Of course. Hell I think Root stuck a first draft of the opening scene somewhere, if you care to look.

It could work in a multitude of ways. One of them could be from letters being sent from Arkham to Harley, or ones just left behind in the Joker's absence as he anticipated he might have been captured, or Quinn just finds out that Batman took down the Joker and proceeds to fuck with his life.

I've always thought that. I mean look at Britney, she snapped like a damned twig under a steamroller not too long ago, that shows what being in the public eye constantly can do to you.
