This is an interesting question I have to ask. Has a game ever cheated you in some way?
I shall elaborate with my own tale.
Game: Call of Duty 4
level: One Shot, One Kill
Difficulty: Veteran
I was at the end of the level. You have to lift up Capt MacMillian and drag him to the helicopter. You slow as hell, the enemy can kill anything within 400 yards with 110% accuracy and x-ray vision. I finally get on the helicopter and Price puts down MacMillian. I cannot do anything past this point. The game has me just being to able to look so. An enemy throws a grenade right into the plane. I can;t move so I die as soo as this thing blows up and I have to start all over.
In that moment, I threw my controller and vowed never to play COD4 ever again. After the game cheated me out of the achievement for the level and for the "complete the game on veteran," I gave up.
Anyone else?
