Who said anything about going insane? Getting frustrated is not the same as going insane. No I didn't LITERALLY throw my controller and curse the gods for creating the game. God you people need to learn what a "hyperbole" is.

Need for Speed Most wanted, they use the most retarded rubberband engine that cheats horrendously.If your opponent is say 25 secs behind you for a while he'll rubberband past you (more top speed, even though his car isn't supposed to be doing so).It's actually easier in that game to run on 2nd place, then overtake the 1 in the last 1/4 of a lap, as stupid as it sounds (then the rubberbanding works FOR you)

COD4 on veteran, after spending about 4 hours trying to complete the mcmillan and helicopter i threw the controller on the floor and haven't turned it on since.

There was a few games... where it would always freeze at the end, and I was young at this point. So I used to cry and talk to the disc, when it didn't hear my weeping I threatened to snap the disc, and eventually threw them it the bin, only to pick it up, clean it for the 50th time and put it back in.

Strangely... it worked.

One of these instances was a Monkey Island floppy disk for the Amiga, and I know another one was Star Wars: Jedi Power Battles.

Wow... memories.

I remember my brother swearing so badly at an old RTS by the name of Blood and Magic. because the computer would just create units out of thin air.
Most RTS's the computer blatantly cheats. I hate COH on extreme, just coz the tanks and infantry get buffed to absurd levels. Fun tho.
On a side note, I got lucky and persevered through the COD4 vet campaign. Just takes time. If it annoys you, come back the next day. How I did it.

Playing through Halo: Combat Evolved, I can say I cried "CHEAP!" every time I got a plasma grenade stuck to me. Also goes for when those Flood grenade monsters fly across the room and explode next to me. Happened more than once, thankyouverymuch. It's like they aim for you when they do that.

This is just lag, but sometimes when playing online it takes a bit too long for the thing to register that I fired my gun, and the man i'm firing at has just enough time to kill me before falling over.

Was playing Pokemon Stadium (yeah, I know). Opponent was trashing my accuracy and upping its evade like a fiend. So, I gave up and used Swift (weak move, but ALWAYS hits. That's its thing).

It missed. This is supposed to be impossible. And it kept missing. Oddly enough, I lost the battle.

I had/have a level 100 Kabutops that has 4 of the strongest moves in the game, and I used every permanent upper drink I found in the whole game on JUST HIM. I could beat the final seven or what not in 10 mins with JUST him, with out having to use heal. needless to say loading him into Pokemon stadium against my friend was hell for him, nothing like taking out a level 100 mew two in two moves and only losing like 10-30 health. that guy STILL hates me to this day for good old krabby <-my nickname for him. God you know what I am going to dust off my pogs pop in some house of pain. and setup the 64 for some star fox .....I am such a loser

one time me and my friend playing split screen *we like to kick it old school you know* where doing no mercy on the hardest setting the whole way through we had no downs we went out side for a quick toke break came back and well everything went SNAFU *tits up for you Brits* and me my friend and Francis was left *Francis was AI* and my friend and Francis both catch the same tank boulder to the back of the head and go down, they start getting mobs I am screaming out IRL "GAME OVER MAN GAME OVER" in a horrible Bill Paxton voice, take a shotgun shoot my friend and Francis and got to the freaking chopper little did I know there was a XBOX achievement mercy killer or something that you get IF they are downed and are getting mobbed. Good old bill caught the last chopper out of Zombie Nam needless to say "Friends don't let friends toke and game" this has been a PSA *the more you know *rainbow with star**

Halo 3:ODST. I literally just completed Kiowana subway station when the game suddenly had a disk error. Because I was playing through it in one sitting, I forgot to save. So I had to beat every mission again.

The game may be short, but I had already had to replay those early missions before, so my patience with the game was thin.

I used to play WoW. But she cheated on me, and now it burns in a strange area.

In Terminator Salvation, I ran from the battle to get more ammo. The game said I can't leave the battle. Why the fuck not? I got my ammo, was running back...less then ten feet from my comrades it said game over. I used two racial slures and other words I can't really describe. I was a little mad.

Megaman 2? you sure?.....Yeah I never did beat it until I played it with an emulator and got the save anywhere option.

Far Cry 2, I was snipped from a male away. This was on the highest difficulty so 2 shots from a sniper and you die, so I took cover and used a medkit.

I slowly looked up to see where the sniper was, I got shot again but I saw him. So I pulled out my sniper and shot him just before he could hit me again and then I turned round. I saw 3 vehicles coming my way and before I could do anything was rammed into my car by the other car

The amount of times this has happened as well is ridiculous
