Has a game ever made you cry? (or close to)

We all know that some people can really get into the story,characters,etc. of any game but some games can have those endings or moments in a game that can make any gamer go from tearing up to all out bawling.

If I had to pick the moment in a game that really made me cry I would have to choose the ending of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon:Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky Due to the connection I had to my partner and my own character throughout the whole game and to see the ending after what they have been through is down right CRUSHING.

So what about you?

I've played some great games, with some great storylines, but I've never cried, or even been close to crying. Of course, I never cry during anything... movies, songs, what have you. So yeah.

The ending of Bioshock 2 nearly had me in tears. The good ending that is, which is the only ending I've ever been able to get. After playing through it once and getting the good ending, I've been incapable of carrying out any evil acts knowing the impact it might have on Eleanor. Frankly, despite what appears to be popular opinion, I consider the sequel vastly superior to the original when it came to the story (and I agree with the majority that say the gameplay was better as well). The relationship between Delta and Eleanor is magnificently constructed, and it shows the impact of your decisions throughout the story so much more effectively than the original ever did.
