Okami. Everyone who has played to the end knows exactly what I'm talking about. Also, a few little moments in the middle, one that sticks out involves a particularly endearing scrap of paper.

The ending to Red Dead Redemption was so shocking to me that I was stunned before just completely losing my shit. I had to walk out of the room.

Suddenly just remembered Vault 11 from New Vegas. Wow. Just wow. That probably was the saddest vault I'd come across, and considering the others, that's really saying something.

Passage depressed the hell out of me, but it didn't actually make me cry. I don't think I've ever experienced that.

All the professor layton games evoke big amounts of emotion in me:

I have to admit that touched me quite a bit. It was one hell of a move, because I was expecting the complete opposite...

This may sound weird, but in the final episode of Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations:

When Phoenix defends Maya and proves Godot was the killer, and he completely breaks down because he failed to protect Maia. And the photo of the two girls fixing the vase. I didn't cry, but it was quite touching.

Also, Final Fantasy X

when Tidus "dies" at the end, and Yuna tries to hug him and just fades through. So powerful.

And finally Mass Effect 2
"Hold the line." Wow.

Original Kingdom Hearts when Sora realized where Kairi's heart was and... yeah...

What? I was 12 and it was sad!
I can understand that. KH was possibly one of the most powerful games the new Squaresoft has made.

I was very close on separate occasions first was halo 3 when Johnson died, that was really sad. fable 2 was like "Noooo the dog! why did you have to kill the dog!?" but no tears came from that. Half life 2 episode 2, damn, that was the closest I ever got to crying in game I think if I had played the original half life I would have cried easily.

i never actually cried at the end of a game, but the closest was metal gear solid 3s ending and half life 2 episode 2s ending.

Final Fantasy X, you know the part, and I'm very stoic so that's no small feat.

Persona 4.
After spending so much time with the cast in Inaba, it's sad to finally leave at the end of the game.
