I hate Hitler, I hate everything Hitler did, and that among many reasons is a deterrent of me killing jews.

Im all for lovey doby world peace, but its not like I am going to pretend that I am going to try to phase out a natural human emotion.
Do you hate his art?

didn't get accepted to school, but he wasn't without talent
/missing the point

Hates an intregal part of our personalities, we shouldn't delve too deep into it, (and be haters [a term I loath]) but we shouldn't totally deny it.
THAT didn't get him accepted into art school? Well I'm fucked.

I LOVE Hitler and Stalin!! Them be my heroes!! :D

on topic, "Haters gonna hate"
lol

Everyone has been desensitized to the word hate, we use it in daily language so it holds no more meaning to most people than saying "I dun like that." I love our society...and how people take things waiiii too seriously

I just love rhetoric!

I've come to the conclusion, that there isn't enough time or energy in this world for hate. That won't stop me from hating, however. I just think that a lot of people don't let things go and keep all those feelings bottled up let it run their lives. I have a lot of reasons to hate people, but the wisest person I know once said: "if you have the capacity to hate, then you most certainly have the awareness to forgive."
Well, not meaning to sound melodramatic, but with me, my hate is almost like a separate organism. To the extent I can think with it, or 'see' its thoughts. So i bottle and suppress for the good of others i guess, coz i have to much to release :L

But I agree that it is pointless, but it is a part of who I am, and without it I will be reduced to the person I was before, who I ironically hate for being weak lol. I managed to write an entire essay from my hate's perspective on my life. My teacher thought it was facinating and very emotionally charged :p

I know not all religious people are stupid. A brother of mine is actually a very intelligent person, well above average, and a "died in the wool" believer.
And for the most part, in a perfect world, you are correct on the second bit as well. Normally there isn't anything wrong with believing in whatever makes you happy, as long as it does. True enough.

But, the problem comes in when your exposed to other people. Belief without proof by its very nature sets you up to be misled by others. If you can't hold those in charge accountable for their actions and decrees, why would you go along with it?
You mean like believing X is true 'cause Y said so? X being heinous action and Y being 'others'?

And one more thing about the first bit, yes, your right not all of them are stupid. But I've lived in "the south", and while not all of them are dumb, enough of them are.
You mean like how they use religion as a crutch and believe God (X) will solve everything 'cause the Bible (Y) says so?

It sure *sounds* like you're arguing against me, but all the actual content still supports what I said.

My favorite part is how misunderstood the idea of Christianity/Catholicism is. In the Bible God is stated as being omnipotent and all-knowing, the creator of everything whose methods we couldn't hope to understand, and those who read it think science is the natural enemy of religion because it bases on 'fact'. What, God couldn't guide man to science as a way of understanding the world he/she created? Always been funny to me. Its like they read the book cover to cover and not soak up a single word.

I only really hate 2 things anymore.

Stupidity. People who are willfully ignorant.

And going off that, Religion.

Nothing imo, is worse for humanity. Religion and superstition.
FUCKING hate it.
I dunno, I'd say ignorant intolerance is worse.

"Hate" being basically a different form of obsessive expression?

The world is too small and life is too short. We're all stuck on the same little ball of mud and rock, so I say why not try to enjoy each other as much as we can while we still can?

What would we ever know of love without hate?

Contrast is beauty, and for one to truly appreciate any singular concept in this world, they must know what it means to have an absence of it.

Some people would say that religious comment is ignorant.
Not to bash on you, but I "hate" it when people preface their feelings with "some people..."
If you don't think that yourself, don't argue for it, if you do, just say it.

On another note, usually I find that there's always some redeeming trait to any person.
There's a difference between hating actions and hating people, and as stated before, there's a difference between hate and dislike.
