Yes. Once, when playing CS, I had just joined a server and purchased a MAC-10. My friend and I were the only ones left on our team and we were sticking together. I decided to turn around just to check if we were being followed when three of the enemy team rounded the corner. I fired a pure panic burst and somehow, miraculously, got 3 headshot skills in the space of a second or so. I was kicked and permanently banned from the server for "cheating" when the reality was I was just really very lucky.
Yeah I've gotten accused a couple of times on CS:S when using the scout. I can still remember some moments; I remember zooming in and quickly getting a headshot when some guy was rushing with a Deagle. He continued to pick up his mic and scream "Wow, where'd you get those hax kid?" And of course my favorite: "OMG how did u kill m3 with a scout when im using the awp u hacker." I usually take them as compliments. I've also been accused of using wallhacks on TF2 and MW2 a handful of times.

I get called Hacker couple times when i play online shooters. mainly then when im merely reacting faster than the enemy and somehow through sheer dumb luck manage a headshot, or some other crazy feat that seems utterly impossible.
Obviously the problem is not really being called a hacker, the problem is that it comes from those People that cant take anyone ever being better than they are, or just lucky or whatever. A noob, the worst kind, like the lowest scrub possible, with the mindset of "im the best player ever" will NEVER outgrow that "you hack"-calling phase.

Ive never hacked and never will but I have been accused of it dozens of times. I think of it as a compliment. Basicly the person is saying "you're so good that I cant honestly believe there isnt a program assisting you"
Usually the accusations fly when I get 3 times the points of anyone in BC2. Its because I play the medic so often and not only do I do my job of keeping the others fighting but I do it very well

I just recently got accused of "lag cheating" on Black Ops a few hours ago. I went 40 and 12 on firing range. I was getting many quick headshots with the L96 and Commando plus I got attack dogs and a chopper gunner which got a big portion of those 40 kills.
After the match was over some dude with a 0.83 overall kill death ratio had to say something:
him:"man up and admit that you were cheating"
me:"what are you talking about?"
him:"you were obviously lag switching"
me:"I wasn't lag switching"
him:"then how did you always kill me when no other people could"
me:"I aimed at you and shot"
him:"I'm going to report you"
me:"Ok"

I got called a hacker in Gears of War 2 when I clutched a 5 v 1 with only one clip of shotgun ammo. Still my second favorite moment in an online game. If you're wondering what number-one is, click the spoiler tag below
Simple, but it was the game that got me my LVL 50 in Halo 3's Lone Wolves. I was playing Cold Storage and the entire time I did not die, I just hung around the bottom floor. I was playing against a bunch of high rank'd players, including three level 50's. I won the game without any one else in the game scoring once, with everyone charging at me from every direction, throwing perfect sticky's, and head-shotting everyone with my Battle Riffle. The trick? I let them all fight each-other when there were multiple people coming towards me and took each kill. At the end of the game, I obtained three exp, an Untouchable medal, and a Perfection medal. I felt like a man.
Yes, and for mostly the same reasons as people have posted. I'm pretty sure it's happened to everyone who has ever played online games. I do pretty well in multiplayer one day (which is a rarity), and suddenly I'm a hacker! Yeesh. I don't really play multiplayer anymore though. I don't like being called a N!gger and/or a **** all the time.
I've been banned from 2 black ops servers on the pc for "hacking". The most recent time I was shooting at someone who was through a window, I saw them clearly drop to prone so I took a few pot shots below the window frame and sure enough I got a headshot. One of the admins saw it and went mental and said I was hacking.
