Everyone, and I mean everyone, will say "Echo echo echo echo..." When they see my name in a video game.

"What kind of name is Miffmoff?". People laugh at it and I have no idea why. The reason if anyone wants to know is because its what my parents used to call me as a kid

On the forums no.

But on Steam and other online games, people kind of get overly interested. I once had a whole server trying to figure out what it meant and how to pronounce it, Zirat that is.

Nope, nobody ever calls me out or asks about my user name - the avatar I get questions about quite frequently, but nobody ever wants to talk about my name. Which makes sense, as it is just a name and not some sort of pun or reference, and the surname makes it unlikely anyone thinks it is my real name.

No. Because my username is terrible and could never be mistake for some kind of name I would want to be called.

Seriously, I should change it. But to what should I change it?
Toaster Jam. DO EET NOW.

OT: Nope. Never at all. Although I did get a PM asking about my 'real' name. Canis Aureus Lupaster.

No one usually comments on it, because most people can extrapolate "MacGyver" from there.

People on XBL have alot of trouble with mine, it's not that hard to figure out but I've heard some strange attempts. Imagarnagoogoo was a favourite of mine. Also people say Imagine alot for some reason. It's refreshing when people not only get it right, but know what the reference is too. "He's O.G'd!"

Most people read it as

Pimppeteer2, like "Musketeer"

Or so I'm told.
I actually used to read it like "Pimp Eater" and I didn't know what it actually was until later on.

OT: Not that I'm aware of, but hey you never know.

Not that I remember. That's the only incident that sticks out in my head.

What have you heard?

Yeah, on the off chance that I try to participate in something serious, my name is sometimes called out and such.

'Tis not big deal though, as I don't feel the urge to be serious very often.

closet thing I've had is a few people asking me if my avatar is a picture of my car.

(it is)

Other than that....there's a handful of folks I hang with every so often and they constantly call me by my WoW character's name. I find it sorta funny.
