I was actually reported for being 'unsportsman-like' by my own team mate in a Gears of War 2 game. It was a 4v4 and I was being 'that guy' who chainsaws the entire other team. The guy on my team got mad because I chainsawed a guy he was shooting at before he could kill him.
When we went to my friend's house to play Guitar Hero, I was "that guy"; I got a 200 note-streak whilst everyone else was having trouble getting to fifty. 'Twas glorious in a dick-headed-way.
I was also "that guy" when me and my friend set up a fresh-new-server on Terraria.
*First Five Minutes*
I'd found, like, 50 Fallen Stars, loaded them all into a Star Cannon, and built a mansion.
My friend was having trouble finding enough wood to even built a small shed. And it was a Blood-Moon. I giggled to myself as his ragdoll glided merrilly through my window. I think he cracked his MIC squealing as the Zombies cornered him and were beggining to tear out his liver like that scene in Shaun of the Dead where the dick with glasses gets pulled through the window and you see his intestines being torn out and gobbled up by a crowd of zombies. Good times.

My best was probably this one time at band camp I was playing Halo:Reach and it was a team Deathmatch. We started and I got a couple of kils when all of the other players on my team left for no apparent reason. I then proceeded to win, on my own, against 4 other people, by 40-18.

That was me on Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood before anyone figured out how to play the game. I'm a fast learner 
ONE TIME in Black Ops. It was my first time playing Sticks and Stones (only ballistic knives, rocket launchers, an tomahawks). At first, I was sucking, but out of nowhere I just started killing everyone. I started by jumping off a cliff into a small valley and killing two dudes who were fighting, then I just stayed in the same area killing anyone who entered the valley. The whole thing lasted no longer then 30 seconds, but I got at least 10 kills, and I won the game.
It was fucking amazing.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and once I was stuck in a game of Halo 3 with only one other teammate against a team full of some the best players I've ever seen. It was SWAT, with a score limit of 50. Me and this guy(who wasn't very good) actually managed to get the score tied at 49, mostly by being cautious. Then they all teamed up on the other guy, and I got there too late to save him. I got the 50th kill RIGHT AFTER they killed him. Still, it was pretty damn amazing that I lasted that long.
It was fucking amazing.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and once I was stuck in a game of Halo 3 with only one other teammate against a team full of some the best players I've ever seen. It was SWAT, with a score limit of 50. Me and this guy(who wasn't very good) actually managed to get the score tied at 49, mostly by being cautious. Then they all teamed up on the other guy, and I got there too late to save him. Oh yeah, I've been 'that guy' a number of times, most notably in Red Dead Redemption when I couldn't help myself in pissing people of by shooting them (thus breaking their Wanted Combos) from miles away.

Usaly top three....i am three usaly because my friends are one and two.
However. Lost planet I was always first or second. Except it would show players with their team colour. I was on the loseing team and they would all be at the bottom since winners get a score bonus....and i was still 1st or 2nd? I tried to help my team. But i would survive and kill complete objectives. while they didnt somthing else that wasnt succeding at the objectives.

ah yes, i used to be that way with COD4 consistently (the game was getting boring so i stopped playing it anyways)

Yeah, several times in TF2 playing sniper or scout. There are those rare days when the Force is with me or something and I'm absolutely unstoppable.
Once in Doom; and one glorious time in Command & Conquer in a 3-on-1 situation; and once in GoldenEye. But as you can tell from the games I mentioned, I am old now, and my gaming skills have faded. I will never be "that guy" again...
I was that guy in Brink many many times... Best Medic, Best Overall, Most kills. I don;t know how that happened, everyone else was just so bad
Yes, yesterday actually, I dominated Bad Company 2 with sniper, even got a double headshot at one point, what are the odds for that? Seriously? Even achieved the top ranking, I'm telling you, I was a God!
In one round of TF2 I managed to get two completely useless teams. In one life I ended up with 89 points as Engineer, most of which were for countless teleports, 24 kills, 4 dominations and 13 defences. This was just after the Engie update went live, so I could upgrade everything to level 3 and get a teleport every 11 seconds or so.
That said, I once spent a round on Gold Rush in which I got 115 points in about 20 minutes, once I got a pocket healer with a kritzkrieg it was easy to completely wipe out the enemy team, over and over again.

Only when my friends come over to play brawl. but then if Dell comes over, I'm kinda screwed, so only about 80% of the time.
