I had a dream I was playing WoW. That was when I realized how pathetic that is and stopped playing.

Several a time, although it's usually awesome enough to be from the perspective of inside the game. However I usually have knowledge of the fact that I am, in fact, playing a game.

I've been playing Fire Emblem for the GBA a lot recently. Last week I got the flu and the entire night, every time I fell asleep, I would have a feverish dream where I was playing, and losing, Fire Emblem. It was actually quite unpleasant.

A long time ago when I had a N64 and my new copy of Star Fox 64 which I played for 10 hours before I went to sleep, I dreamt I was the 5th wingman apart of Team Starfox.

It was a very detailed dream, I think I was Raccoon.

But it was epic....

I once dreamt that I was playing a new Spyro game made by Insomniac. It was so much fun, and I was so happy that the series was back to being good! But, alas, I woke up.

I think that was about the time that I vowed that if I ever ended up making games for a career, I would buy the rights to the Spyro game series, and restore it to its former glory.

I have on a single occasion dreamt that i dreamt about playing a video game in wich I was the main character.
Try to beat that!?.. I can only say that waking up was confusing as hell, and I learned not to play computer games for 72 hours straight after that.

oh man, all the time...i actually played starcraft a few times lately just for kicks and just last night i dreamt i was playing as zerg..i also dreamt about playing oblivion a few weeks ago; several days in a row, actually.

Also I had a dream I was lying awake on my bed trying to get to sleep... it still confuses me...

Not too long ago, after staying up til 5am playing Dragon Age I had a dream with dialogue trees. I didn't see myself playing the game, it was just the screen but with me choosing dialogue for myself to say.

I think I had a dream where I was playing Pokemon Yellow and fought Brock and won. I then woke up to the realization that I was far from doing that.

I had a dream once, when I was playing Ocarina of Time, and all shit went to hell somewhere in a game area that doesn't exist (Looks kinda like the very first bit where you get the cucco from Malon, just looped endlessly) and it got all like the scene where you meet Ganon, and a whole bunch of shit was going down that I barely remember.

I usually have dreams about whatever game I've been playing most recently. Sometimes I wake up thinking "damn, that was an awesome level! Why didn't they have that in the real game?"

Well last night i had a dream where i decided to start playing lose/lose and i started freaking out because it wouldn't turn off. I was incredibly relieved to realise it was a dream.

When i woke i lobbed my drink out my window in anger.
