Oh, yes.

The entirety of the Morag Tong in Morrowind.

For having the base entrance be staffed by diseased/blighted rats. I enter that base, and everyone dies, via console command, usually. As it's generally only 3-5 hours in that I get there, and I'm too weak to kill 'em. Never even touch the Morag Tong questline, because the entrance is so stupid...

Well you're missing out on some of the best quests in the game then. Speaking of Morrowind, I really hate Fargoth..

I also hate the entire NCR in Fallout New Vegas. True to Caesar.

Noober and Neeber from Baldur's gate 1 & 2, I know they were created to drive you to homicidal rage and it really worked.

Anybody working with you in the campaign of Black Ops. Apparently everybody missed the day in basic training when they teach you that you're supposed to shoot at the bad guys. Reznov can be forgiven for reasons that would require me to spoil the plot (which is already held together with scotch tape and elmer's glue), but I was ready to defect to the russians by the time I was halfway through the campaign.

Case in point: the part in the first Vietnam level where you come out on top of a hill and have to roll a bunch of napalm barrels into the trench below. I died over a dozen times because the NVA walked up the fucking hill, past the 5 guys who were supposed to be defending the hill, and shot me in the back. After playing that level, I wasn't surprised that we lost the Vietnam War.
You had to roll barrels? Huh, I just charged and through grenades...

Where were the barrels? I don't remember any...

Ashley Graham, the President's Daughter from Resident Evil 4. Sweet Christ. I don't know who's idea it was to make half the game an escort quest, but I hope they burn in the deepest levels of video game hell.

Everyone, and I mean everyone in FFXIII could go die in a fire.

It the rats didn't respawn so fast that I faced more of them WHEN I CAME RIGHT BACK OUT, I wouldn't mind so much. Fuckers give me disease and blight so often...

Also, fuck Fargoth, remember Gaenor, from the Mournhold expansion?

Can't hit the fucker.

Hojo, from FFVII, for being a douchebag.

But in a more annoyance fuelled way, any NPC who DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MOVE OUT OF MY WAY AND THAT THING IS GOING TO- FUUUU- I'M DEAD. Thanks man. You standing there was so important.
Pretty much this. Goddamn idiot npcs :p

More specific hatreds:
Anyone calling me and nagging on GTA4 (which is just about everyone in the game)
Anyone needing an escort in WoW.

outside gaming:
Winowill of Elfquest
Rayek of Elfquest

I would have to say Reaver from Fable II. He was the biggest jerk in the entire game.

Wait no. The worst was Hammer. I have slowly grown a hatred for her, because she is such a terrible character. There isn't anything interesting or cool about her at all. Very cliche.

EDIT: Wait. I change mine to random jerks online. They cuss at me, and heckle me, and I just want to play some games in peace. They count, because they are non-playable characters.

Any of the generic Brotherhood of Steel members in Fallout 3. Even after basically joining the Brotherhood and getting power armour training and single handedly finding all the spare parts to fix their only major weapon. And yet they STILL talk down to me like I am some rat from the wastes.

-_-

Yes, quite often actually. Always about plot advancing "friendly" characters those should be classified as enemies from their abusive dickishness alone.

A random example of this would be the slaves vs slavers in Fallout 3. Sure the slaves were being cautious, but if I were roleplaying in the least I would have shot them without knowing about the quests. This wasn't helped by the fact that when I met the slavers they practically invited me for tea.

Alistair Tenpenny. Man, is it ever satisfying to blow his fool head off.
I all ways thought Tenpenny was pretty funny. He's evil in a Mr. Burns sort of way. He had you destroy a town because it was an eyesore and spends most of his time shooting mutant animals from his tower saying it's a wasteland safari.

Of course that didn't stop me from blowing his brains out, putting on his clothes and then jumping off the tower to a glorious death. Ah memories.

In my quest for all of the outfits in RDR, I was particularly upset by the guy with the glasses in Blackwater who you play poker against, and normally lose to. It doesn't help that I don't know how to play poker.

Post 25.

OT: Can't honestly remember hating someone from a video game. I mean, at the moment, I dislike Cesare Borgia from AC:Brotherhood (yeah, he's technically really but IDC) - but to be honest, I feel rather sympathetic for him at times.

Other times, I've come close to hating people, but usually they're dead before I get the chance to unleash pure hatred towards them.

Any Npc that I have to lead in an escort mission, the exception to this rule being ashley from re4 because you can tell her to hide, she crouches when you a point a gun in her direction so you can shoot whatever is behind her, she doesn't fucking WALK like every Npc ever, and her AI isn't retarded.
