Not that I can think of no.
Annoyed? Yeah
Disgusted? Occasionally
Offended? No, if I don?t like a game I don?t play it. I don?t take it as a personal attack.

Being offended means you are DOING IT WRONG.
Very very very much this. In fact, I maintain that if you are ever offended by anything, then you are doing it wrong ("it" being life).

EDIT: Just want to clarify, I'm not hating on you, OP.
Well, that seems foolish and unrealistic. That would mean that a person would have to be completely without conviction. Why bother to be alive at all then?

With that said, I don't think I have ever been offended by any game. Let down, sure. But I think I am more offended by the industry and its practices or certain specific parts and people of the industry. (Dead Space 2 being marketed to ages under the M rating as 1 recent example.) As well as the outcry by "modern day" society against the gaming medium.

Getting all excited about Mortal Kombat coming to the SNES, then actually playing Mortal Kombat on the SNES.

Not really,
but if I had to pick a time I guess it would be in Dragon Age: Origins when you are put back into the fade by the sloth abomination and you have to navigate it all to get out. It was offensive because I was enjoying the fantasy fun and trying to build an army but then I was cut away from all that for 2 hours of blurry, pointless, boring puzzles.

No, because it's silly.
What would come the closest is Deus Ex Invisible War; but that's an insult towards the original Deus Ex, not me.

I've been offended in an abnormal way. FFXIII's incompetent gameplay and writing offended me. But I've never really been offended by video game violence. Most war games are respectful. The few outrageously violent games feel silly and humorous rather than offensive. But I had a strange experience last night when I watched Kick Ass. I found the violence extremely offensive and inappropriate. It wasn't a remotely humorous film and the violence was completely gratuitous. The scene of the guy blowing up in the microwave disgusted me. I've played tons of violent games and watched lots of violent movies and the only thing I can recall that affected me as much was in the Lord of the Rings: Conquest where one mission has you torching a village full of innocent hobbit children and there's even a trophy for killing them.

Unbaptised babies in Dante's Inferno, I know a baby who has died and I don't think she was baptised and that game has the balls to say that babies who don't even have a CHANCE to get sent to Hell for dying early?

I don't get offended by games. That's not a rule, that's just me stating that in all my years of playing games I've not once found myself "offended".

The closest I've ever come to being offended by games are as follows: The ending of Assassins Creed: Brotherhood - That had me sitting there, jaw hanging, murmering "Wuh Dah Fu?" For a fraction of a second before realising what had happened.

Also, Bioshock 2. I can't stand that bloody game. Especially as I rate its predecessor to be one of the real gems of gaming in recent years.

There may be more but I just can't remember them.

So as the title says: Have you every felt really offended by a game?
If so, in what way?
Not in the way that you describe.
When a game offends me, it's because it's quality is extremely poor. Games like Fallout New Vegas (which didn't work) or No More Heroes (the most tedious collection of minigames on the wii).

I usually feel that way but on the other hand, I get offended when people stunt the growth of the gaming industry to make contrived repetitive games... I supposed I could just say I get pissed.
