Just remembered two others. Once my father took me to school and went for a coffee. Just one problem, he forgot to take me to school before, and I spent quite a while locked in the car, wondering why I was left there.
The second one happened a couple of years ago; my school had a kind of a court where I waited for someone to come pick me up. The thing is, I didn't know that it was closed after a certain time. So I went in there, saw no one, went to check another exit only to find out the the door out of the court had been locked. This was before I had a cellphone so I basically just had to wait till someone came near and opened the door.

Locked myself out of my house once. It was about 10*F and snowing and I was wearing my shoes and pajamas. I broke into the garage and climbed through the window to get back in.
My mom called me one day to tell me she locked herself out of her car at a gas station. She had to borrow some guys phone. So I grab some keys and get a neighbor to drive me there. But, woopsie doopsie, I brought the wrong keys. So we sat there for two hours until the Pop-a-Lock guy came and broke into our car for us.
At least my mom bought me a doughnut while we were waiting, though.

A a party someone else locked me in a bathroom and while i was trying to climb out the window i stood on the cistern, it came off the wall. Then the pipe on the wall then started pouring water into the room. I managed to get out of the window in the end but the bathroom was a mess.
Locked myself in a school bathroom after-hours (was there for Science Olympiad club). Freaked out for about ten minutes. Kept trying the door, hyperventilated a little. After about ten more minutes, I managed to get the door open. Maybe it never was locked but I sure couldn't open it until then.
In my old house my bedroom and backroom door were naffed.
I used to lock myself in their all the time.

I got locked in a portapotty. Had no idea how. All I know is teh lock snapped when I closed it and I could not open it. So I Kicked the door open, broke the door off the hinge a bit and walked away.
I haven't, but when my younger brother got in trouble with my parents once he decided to lock himself in the bathroom. My dad kicked the door down, battered him because he'd swore and said he didn't care about my parents feelings, then my dad proceeded to make my brother pay for a new door. Yeah. They're pretty strict sometimes 
I have not, but my brother and his friend locked themselves in my brother's room because they found the key to the door(finally, we lived here for almost 9 years). Well they locked it and then the key wouldn't unlock it again.
They were stuck in there for about 2 hours.
I found it to be priceless.
