The only time I've done that at all was with a friend on the co-op campaign on Call of Duty: World At War.
I can't think of a time where I've ever done that on my own. Usually, this is because I either like to play a game thoroughly, or because I'm not that good at the game in question...

God of War. I bought it on a whim, and thought I was one level away from beating the game half way through, and then I just kept saying "I'll just finish it now.." 7AM rolls around and Aries is being a little punk ass *****...I finished it is the point.

alot of people don't believe me for some reason but i really REALLY did complete dead to rights in one sitting

I had to entertain a friend who is a bit of a video game voyeur, and who had just had some teeth ripped out. I started playing a Resident Evil 4 save, finished, started over and finished, then started a another playthough. If I'd paid attention to where I was at when I started and finished, and added it up, I may have actually played through twice in one sitting, but I'm not sure.
I played through Half-Life 2: Episode 2 in one sitting on a replay, though I did break up my first play-through. That's the only one I can think of.
Portal and the Half-Life episodes. I think I've done others but I'm not sure right now. Its been awhile since I played a game for more than a few hours before coming back later.

The last game I completed in one sitting was Gears of War 2. I was playing it in co-op with a friend and it lasted twice as long as I was expecting. We kept thinking the next level would be the last, then when we finally finished it was something like 5AM.
