Breathing, but based on your experience with bows, I doubt that one
Trigger pull, you just squeeze until it breaks, you do not jerk the trigger.
Anticipating recoil: A lot of people don't even realize they're doing it, until someone hands them an empty gun and they pull the trigger. Since you KNOW the recoil's coming, you sort of attempt to compensate for it buy dipping the barrel down when you pull the trigger. Once you know you're doing it, it's easy to stop though.
