Can't you just... draw a living female and then add some bones and open wounds and stuff? I'm certainly no artist, but that's what I'd do.
Let's see... ideas huh? Well you could have a robe that's rotten in parts that reveal legs and arms, perhaps have her lean on a mace to show that cleavage and maybe have her tongue stick out in a mocking fashion.

haha... yea... any way, the reason why is in honor of my World of Warcraft characters re-nameing. Originaly "Maggotwhor" which is now "Kittara" and her new look. So, I thought I might draw a picture of her in a sexy pose with her new looks.
