Yeah, replacing caffeine with cigarettes would probably be a terrible idea. You might get off caffeine but now you're, you know, smoking.
OT: Just cut back and stick to pop. Or, if you really want to, go cold turkey and start from scratch. You'll get DTs, but it'll only last about 5 days.
Frankly, I'm addicted and I'm cool with it. It's just chemicals. I also don't pop pills or drink many energy drinks though, so it's not like I'm consuming a ridiculous amount.
Also, never take caffeine pills. Those things will kill you.
