if it is nuked, I can give this as advice.

to handle having to deal with radioactive iodine, take some pills of potassium iodide, 2 tablets if you're over 18, 1 tablet if you're under 18, half a tablet for those under 3, and 1/4th a tablet for any infants under 1 month.
