Gathering your like-minded fellows and your books and ditch the two jerks. DM yourself (or if anyone else in the like-minded category wants to stretch the old DMing muscle, or round-robin DMs for variety, ect) and just play without the problem players. If you want, include the old DM are a regular player (unless he starts acting like a total brat, then kick his ass to the curb too) and just don't invite the problem player back unless he's willing to behave.
Glory part about that, if he comes back to be a douche, then you know for sure he'll be dealt with, because your useless old DM won't be in control. Needless to say, don't waste your time when it's YOUR TIME and YOUR BOOKS and YOUR LOCATION.
Fun idea: When you start your new campaign, have the problem Drow be an NPC, and then kill him off viciously and in a hilarious matter, like claiming to the god he thinks he is and promising to lead the group, then tripping over a barrel and breaking his neck.

R - Don't stand for it, take your group, books and location and play a real game for fun with a new DM, and either invite the two problem players back under probation or just kick their asses to the curb, they have no one to blame but themselves and are toxic assholes.
