Background: Born and raised in Providence, Rhode island, Simon was canstantly picked on and abused by other children for his bizzare appearance, and even today, has a resentment for people he doesn't know, so he doesn't make friends easily. At seventeen, he and his girlfriend, Rosa Kitredge, were kidnapped by an untreated schizophrenic. He tortured them for his own sick reasons, continuing to repeat the words, "Blood, he needs blood. Let the blood flow so that it can be fed. My god, the violent god Sich." Rosa's blood spilled all over him as she was mercilessly stabbed and cut in front of him. She died right before his eyes. Just before his killing bean, police arrived and took the man down. From that day, Simon continued his lif ein solitude, he moved far north, to Maine and lived alone, no friends, and he never went back to is family. He made a living with the fishin industry of Maine. Because of the incident, he has a deep stated fear of knives.

He was one of the many that lost their jobs when the USSR disolved, he decided to try and get a government job. He was never very bright. His superiors noticed this and offered him only a position of a minor security guard. His wife despaired at this, and never stopped worrying about money until she died in 1999. He never had kids, he never got promoted. Or maybe he did, it doesn't matter. He's not witty anymore, he's a strange sort of placid drunk. Not very bright

She endured five years of suffering and humiliation before finally snapping at age 16-- after stealing a pistol from the Sultan's locked weapon cache she shot her owner and his mistress in their sleep, then burned their estate to the ground with the rest of their family still trapped inside. Using stolen money she fled to America.

Samantha arrived just in time to see the murderer strike the final blow on her mother. The murderer the proceeded to laugh manically and ran away never to be seen again. Samantha was then obsessed with finding this man, and ended up as an agent for the CIA, and continues to do all she can to find her family's murderer.
Talents: all the skills required to be a CIA agent, very observant and good at making connections others miss.
Flaws: has a hard time dealing with people, isn't very emotional almost robotic thinking only of the next logical steps.
Item: her handgun that has been with her since her days back at the academy.
