It doesn't mention anything about amnesia. I could just add amnesia to the list of flaws though.

Background: Born and raised in Providence, Rhode island, Simon was canstantly picked on and abused by other children for his bizzare appearance, and even today, has a resentment for people he doesn't know, so he doesn't make friends easily. At seventeen, he and his girlfriend, Rosa Kitredge, were kidnapped by an untreated schizophrenic. He tortured them for his own sick reasons, continuing to repeat the words, "Blood, he needs blood. Let the blood flow so that it can be fed. My god, the violent god Sich." Rosa's blood spilled all over him as she was mercilessly stabbed and cut in front of him. She died right before his eyes. Just before his killing bean, police arrived and took the man down. From that day, Simon continued his lif ein solitude, he moved far north, to Maine and lived alone, no friends, and he never went back to is family. He made a living with the fishin industry of Maine. Because of the incident, he has a deep stated fear of knives.
Talents: Can run fast and for long distances, very intelligent and rational.
Flaws
oes not make allies easily and is very much a lone wolf. Most of the time he'd rather cut a limb off than work with someone else. Traumatization can cause amnesia. He remembers nothing from before the incident except his disliking of other human beings.Item:9mm pistol

I forgot to mention that Simon thinks of himself as inhuman, so he refers to everyone else, who's name he doesn't know as "Human."

Calm down. It's just that you're using the same character from another RP. Didn't think that was allowed. Though you should try to use proper punctuation and spelling next time.
