Joshua's PV: "Huh?" Joshua snapped out of his trance. "Yeah, I'm fine." He took a look at the doors. He pointed toward the centre door. Let's check this out.
The first page showed a drawing that looked more like a photograph. It showed a younger Simon on the ground, being kicked by three larger kids. Underneath, it read "Simon Pearson, age 8 at his new school." On the side, described the event in grisly detail.
Wh-what is this feeling?! L-Like fear... Don't worry Simon, the book will tell you how Rosa comes in and helps you. You dont have to worry... Simon read every detail of the page and continued on.
The second page was slightly better. It showed a younger childs doodle of Simon. It looked like Simon if he were a cartoon, except with several characteristics exaggerated. It showed him looking disturbingly taller, like "Paul Bunyan" tall, eyes that were completely purple, and clawed hands. The caption for this one read, "Simon, by Nathaniel Harmes age 5"
Simon was hyperventilating. N-Nothing new... Just a child's drawing of me as a monster... I-I'm sure hundreds of them exist... He kept reading.
Joshua's PV: "Of course my lady," he said with a mock bow.
Upon entering, his eyes looked like they grew as wide as dinner plates. "Oh my God."

The next page showed an older Simon from standing away from a group of students lined up row by row. The caption read, "Simon age 16 at Mrs.Daniels homeroom class photo"
Simon calmed down, just a bit. Ok... I'm just away from everybody... Nothing new... B-But... Where's Rosa? A-And this book is out of sequence... Why did it skip from 8 to 16?
The next page read, "Because it's all the same. You getting beaten, you getting mocked, crude drawings of you, better to skip past all that junk and move to your senior years."
Simon dropped the book, startled. I-It's read my mind?! The last two volumes didn't do that!... B-But... What about my Rosa?! Simon picked the book back up and quickly flipped to the next page.
Joshua's PV: Joshua just drooled at the sight of all these guns.
" Imagine all the bucks I could of skinned with these!" he thought.

Again, another response to his thoughts. "Rosa, Rosa, Rosa, is that all you ever think about?!"
Th-This is insane! Books can't read your mind and change the words to be answers! Not possible! Simon shook his head. Y-You're just goin insane... Yeah, that's it... I-It's not a very promising prospect but... J-Just focus on reality... Where's Rosa in this book? Simon flipped to the next page.
The book had another response, "You could at least acknowledge that I'm capable of communication. Whatever, you want Rosa, fine turn to the next page. But I'll warn you, it won't be pretty. And by that I mean, it'll be really REALLY ugly."
Simon stopped for a minute. C-Can you really read my mind?! Simmon shook his head. Wh-whatever... I want to see my Rosa... Simon turned the page.
