The next page showed Rosa alright, but on the page was a slideshow, showing various moving images of her getting killed in different ways. Being dropped pushed from the top of a skyscraper, her getting crushed by a steamroller, a bullet through the brain, a pack of rabid dogs ripping off all her limbs, are only a few of what Simon saw. Beside that page, the book said, " I'm sorry man. You asked for it."
Simon stared at the page, terrorfied and disgusted, watching every scene, payin attention to every detail. He screamed and threw the book. He pointed straight at the book, accusingly. "TH-THAT'S NOT TRUE! NONE OF THAT HAPPENED! I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO HER! DON'T TOY WITH MY EMOTIONS! THAT'S NOT FAIR! WHY SHOULD IT JUST BE ME?!" He shouted at the book. Something compelled him to pick it up and flip to the pae after the page he just viewed. He did it slowly and fearfully. He shut his eyes before looking. Be something happy... Something happy and true... One of my happy mmories that I've forgotten, please... He opened his eyes.
Joshua's POV: "Take whatever we need. It sure as hell is easier than going at those freaks with a pistol or a knife."
I'll pay it! I'll pay it! Anything you want! I just want to see her! Something happy! Somethingg that actually came from my memories! Please!
"Very well," the books attitude changed from sociable to cold. "What price do you want to pay?"
"ANYTHING! Anything except my soul! I'll give you anythin you want! Just repay my evenly!" Simon said, no longer thinking it, but shouting it to the book.
"Very well, how about...YOUR BLOOD?" The text was looked like it was bleeding. Soon, the ink enveloped the entire book, and out rose a black blob.
Simon looked at it in painstaking fear. "I-I-It's... Y-You! W-Why are you h-here." Simon scrambled away until he hit the wall, then he hugged his knees, shaking violently in fear. "N-No! G-Get away from me!"
"Sich needs to be born again SIMON! He needs to be free from this accursed prison!!" he spoke as he walked over to Simon.
Simon panicked and threw Volume 110 at the bolb. "N-NO! STAY AWAY FROM ME! M-MURDERER! Y-YOU KILLED MY ROSA!" Simon tried to run back into the barracks and lock the door. "S-STAY AWAY!"
Joshua's POV: "Alright then. I call the shotty. And the 'lil one here too." He took the Sawn-off shotgun and a revolver.
"Look at me I'm Billy the Kid!" he said while twirling around his revolver clumsily.
