Just try to continue the the story, but with a few more NPCs, and dramatic events! It could attract the old players, and renew interest in this RP!
What should I do then? Continuing where I left off doesn't sound so good. Should I just restart the entire RP? I could do that. Maybe.

I reckon you should just restart the whole RP. Most of the people who started left, to the point where basically it's just you, fury and me that even check it. If you restart it, or even start a similar RP, then we could get some new people in it.
