I just like how much attention that post is getting for being a joke post.

As to the differences, Wizard is a general thing (like saying a lab is a dog), Warlocks are evil wizards, and sorcerers are are just another name for wizards (though I think it implies you are less adept at magic.

In my mind it's sort of a lawful vs chaotic thing. "Sorcerer" implies to me a more wild, natural magic while wizards create universities and establish "proper" ways of doing things.
