Are Legio Mechanicus or Ordo Reductor characters allowed?
I'd be able to accept those, either reinforcements or defenders

Name:Samuel (Sam) Vicktus

Gender: Male

Age: 35

Appearance: Sam is tall, tough, and built. He knows the reputation of the Elysian Drop Troopers follows him, and he has tried his damnedest to stay on top of it as best he can. He has largely kept most of his equipment in fine order, and a tight grip on it due to the fact that it has kept him alive through this deployment. Mark XII Carapace Armour which has seen more than its share of replacement (and additional plates) throughout the combat for the times where he did take, either through a splatter of acid from too close a call from his Melta gun, or just from fire he had taken from the few Eldar still on the planet.

Rank: Sergeant

Personality: Sam is cynical of everything at best, and downright hopeless at worst. However, he presents it in a way of which that they shouldn't worry if they are doomed, as they were doomed from the start. While there is a small anger burning at Sam due to not being able to do his jumps that he had spent years perfecting in boarding, ambushes, and other quick strikes, but he has accepted that fate for now. Until he can get back to the skys, he's taken to sometimes telling the men who he is with that since their days might be ending, that they might as well always have a grenade on them, just so when the crawling bastards possibly get to them they can blow them up.

Regiment: 408th Elysian Drop Troopers

Salvaged equipment: Along with the typical Mark IV Accatran Pattern Lasgun, he has also deemed it necessary to pick up a Meltagun after a particularly close encounter left him grabbing the best and biggest gun that would serve the need of killing. The Meltagun proved to be the perfect devastating choice, which he now keeps with him at all times for when he doesn't need to shoot something farther away with his Lasgun. Also at his side is a bolter pistol, which he collected after happening upon a fallen group of guards while retreating back to the city. Knowing the weapon would be useful, more so than his laspistol at least, he collected it and carried onward.

Bio: Sam grew up on Elysia, largely pushing himself to be a soldier from the start. He worked out, did his duty as a citizen, and as soon as he turned 18 was going towards being an Imperial Guard, specifically Elysian PDF in order to get his time in. He knew that it would be required in order to get to the much more risky and dangerous Drop Troopers to prove that he was worth his metal, as well as perhaps find some way to meet intergalactic saviors which were the Space Marines. While he continued his tour and training, his view began to shift from rather than being a soldier, looking to now instead just survive the battles that he ended up in.

As his tours began to expand in scope, so did the skills of Sam, learning the finer intricacies of leaping from a ship to the ground to cause havoc, the boarding actions of leaping from ship to ship to blast a pirate in the face, or an intergalactic xeno. After his tours for the PDF ended, he then found himself dropping other worlds, with many other soldiers. Torched earth tactics began to turn to second nature, which sometimes meant having to use flamers to make sure to do wide range of destruction, or just dropping explosives and leaving the place to its fate. The position on Vrexas IV was proving to be a little bit of a different style, with initially the Eldar being harder to ambush with their typical disappearing nature. However, once they were gone the Tyranids making an appearance was a lot more trouble for Sam.

While initial scorched earth did their part in slowing some of the hordes down, as squad members died in the ambushes and what delaying factors could be taken, it eventually came to a point in which instead of ambushes they now mounted heavy bolters, motors, lasguns from the wall...anything to now hold the hordes off from the city as it became obvious that there would be no more ambushes, no more delaying actions. Just pumping rounds into anything outside of the wall. There were some plans on trying to sneak into the city among the few Drop Troopers that had been left, but as the sound of gunfire became a constant through the day and night, it became obvious that there were no routes out of the city other than the tunnels being worked on. With word on reinforcements on the way due to what they had found in the tunnels, Sam and what is left of his squad-mates now hope to be able to take to the sky eventually once again.

Other:While Sam is primarily a Drop Trooper through and through, he does have some ability as a Valkyrie pilot due to the extensive ship-to-ship training that was part of his tour. He also has a new appreciation for the heavier, slower moving weapons like the heavy bolters as they provide excellent cover...and ability to take down multitudes of tyranids.
Everything checks out, accepted.

I can start working on a sheet Wednesday when my finals are over. Hopefully you will still be accepting sheets by then.
I'll still be accepting sheets as I am busy until then as well.

To everybody else, since I'm a bit busy I will be extending the deadline for sheets until Wednesday/Thursday and will probably start Friday. I hope this isn't too much of a inconvenience

Can we play as the Sisters Hospilitaler?
Good question. Show me a sheet and I'll see because I'm mostly going for Imperial Guardsmen/auxiliaries but if you have a really good reason as to why one of them would be on Vrexas then I'll accept you. Having the inquisition in this RP is gonna make things a little hairy for what I had in mind.

Because I'll be damned if i'm not at least half the RP...

Name: Asha Gabriel

Age: 41

Gender: Female

Appearance: Tall, with strong and sharp features and an almost permanent stern expression. She has the perpetually pale skin of an iceworlder and black hair drawn back into a tight ponytail. As a Commissar she is rarely if ever seen without her peaked cap, black greatcoat, and red sash.

Rank: Commissar

Wargear: Commissar Gabriel carries the standard laspistol and chainsword combination - both weapons battered and well used but unremarkable - but has non-issue carapace armor worn under her greatcoat.

Personality: Asha Gabriel is not like a Commissar out of a vid, loved and respected by the troops. While she is generally respected that is a result of fear - while no kill crazy psychotic she will not hesitate to summarily execute a soldier for cowardice or incompetence. She has an iron hard dedication to Emperor and Imperium and is ultimately a selfless patriot for the nation - but this nation is the Imperium, and she supports it and all its policies wholeheartedly, no matter how cruel or callous.

Bio: Asha Gabriel is the child of Colonel Sarah Gabriel, regimental commander of the Valhallan 217th Armored. After her mother was killed in action along with her entire regiment by a warband of the Word Bearers, according to what little accounts leading a fearless charge in her Leman Russ against the heart of the Chaotic forces to buy time for others to retreat, the traitor marines ripping them apart after a vicious battle.

As an orphaned child of a Guardswoman Asha was sent to the Schola Progenium and there selected to be trained as a Commissar. She would perform admirably in her training, the story of her mother's heroic sacrifice inspiring her. She would finish near the top of her class and be seconded to Lord-Commissar Erek Broklaw, and with him accompany the 3rd Balkoran Infantry for ten years, battling Orks, Tyranids, Rebels and heretics, all manner of the Emperor's enemies.

After the conclusion of the Korbantus III War against the Church of the Mouldering Grandfather Broklaw saw her ready, and she was elevated to the rank of a full Commissar. Her initial posting was a far cry from the 3rd, serving as the Commissar of the 81st Praetorian Artillery, doing little more than arranging the occasional flogging or execution. Despite her distaste for it she would remain there for six years until her request was granted - moving her to the position of Battalion Commissar of a liberation fleet en route to a Tyranid-infested world.. She joined the liberation fleet en route.

OOC: if there are any problems please tell me and if I'm not in again please tell me, I hate it when people don't reply back to tell you if you're in or not, anyway I hope that you will accept me cause I just loved Warhammer as a whole.

Name: Maximinus Bullert

Gender: Male

Age: somewhere between early 30s and late 40s he doesn't really know

Appearance: 5 o'clock shadow beard, a lot of scars a few on his face and the rest cover his body, short black hair and has a tall and strong looking build, Ignore the tech around his head I can't get rid of it and I really like this look.

Rank: Captain

Personality: A disciplined and ruthless man, Maximinus despises any other cowardly or disobedient man. He also has a habit of shooting said cravens/dissenters immediately and on his own judgement and no one else's.

Regiment: The 13th Shock Drop Legionnaires

Salvaged equipment: over the years Maximinus collected specific weapons mainly because they helped him get out of tough situations, his Bolt pistol hanging on his left hip, his Chainsword is strapped to his other hip, and his Shotgun is hidden behind his cape.

[OOC: Ok I am sorry if the Bio is distasteful but I mean c'mon I've only played Space Marine and somewhat understood The Board Game AND before anyone says it no I don't think the video game came first it would be stupid of me to say that and yeah I put 1 million killed by him and I'm not sorry about it, hell I could have made up a lot worse than this like 10 or 20 million!!, anyway at the end I was just making it up as I go, *Sigh* I think I've exhausted my brain of ideas and yeah they may not be good but this is coming for someone who has Autism and writing and reading problem]

Bio: Much of Maximinus's past is unknown even to him, he was born in the service of the Emperor since he was a child of 7 when he was old enough he started his training he was taught to use everything even himself as a weapon if need be, when he was accepted he asked to be instantly sent into the field his peers, the elders and his trainer were impressed by his thirsting bloodlust to slay orks and his need to serve The Emperor.

Maximinus got his wish as a week later word reached his ear that the Forge world of Graia in the Segmentum Tempestus had been overran by 3 million Ork scum which had split into two and took a half each of the 1 million left so they would have 1 million five hundred thousand each led by the Warboss Grimskull and invaded both sides of the planet while he feared for people's lives on Graia he cheered for the once in a lifetime chance to saw his peers what kind of killing machine appeared before him, when he volunteered to go to Graia he briefly met Captain Titus of the Ultramarines 2nd Company even shook hands with him.

so while Titus and his squad went on one side of Graia to recover a Warlord-class Battle Titan, Maximinus and his Regiment traveled to "clean up" the Ork Hordes on the other as his captain put it, in a month or two [OOC:I don't know he lost count?], on that planet Maximinus slaughtered thousands upon thousands of Orks his kill count by the end of it all, totaled to half [OOC: possibly if allowed 3 quarters] of the amount of 1 million five hundred thousand Orks on that side of Graia for this he earned a reputation like none other before him "Maximinus Bullert, The Rookie Slayer of 1 Million Orks", a year or so later he was given the rank of Captain and his own Regiment which he named "The 13th Shock Drop Legionnaires" today it is one of the few Regiments that are first onto the battlefield and last off and where some of The Top best Rookies and a few Defenders come and join if they feel there is a lack of battle in their life.

I also wanted to make a vehicle-based character, so here comes another sheet.

Name: Andrea Benson

Gender: Female

Age: 29

Apperance: Average height, sharp features and red hair that almost covers her eyes. The rest of her body is covered in standard flak armor over her standard Elysian jumpsuit. She's skinny, usually hunched over the controls, and always looks like she hasn't slept in days.

Rank: Vehicle Commander

Personality: Paranoid, jumpy and constantly observant, Andrea will fire the instant the enemy is in range and then back up to try and repeat the process. She's much happier watching Xenos blow up from afar than getting up close and personal. However, once the battle is safely won, she takes joy in clearing out any stragglers. She almost never leaves her Sentinel, practically living in the machine at this point.

Regiment: 501st Elysian Drop Troopers

Vehicle: Andrea pilots a Support Sentinel armed with a Multi-Rocket pod, with the canopy modified to be as heavily armored as possible without obstructing vision or movement. Once the rockets have run out, she uses the metal box as cover to start taking potshots with Cadian-pattern grenade launcher. She also modified the seat to hold cases of grenades under the seat (because you never know...), so she won't just be sitting back when she can't fire rockets, and the explosions can keep on coming.

Bio: Andrea was made an orphan early in her life, and she had to survive on the streets of Elysia, constantly watching her back and forging a modest living until she was old enough to try and join the Imperial Guard. Her luck didn't seem to improve, and she wound up under the instruction of one of the more ruthless trainers on the planet. Again, her wariness and observational habits helped keep her out of trouble. She barely managed to survive training, but had proven to be very skilled as a scout, and was skilled at piloting a Sentinel.

She had taken a few assignments, mostly taking care of bands of cultists or the occasional group of Orks, and while her actions had gotten her accusations of cowardice, she always managed to justify herself to her superiors. After all, such carefulness was how she survived this long...

During one mission, her trusty Sentinel was wrecked by an ork wartruk, but she managed to escape with her life after taking the grenade launcher from a fallen comrade and blowing the truk to kingdom come. It was at that moment she learned she had a taste for explosives, and knew what sort of replacement Sentinel she'd ask for. She's since taken up a supporting role, firing rockets at invading hordes and covering allies, naming her new Sentinel after her fallen mech. Now Andrea and "Audrey II" are en route to Vrexas IV to take care of a swarm of Tyranids.

What is the deal with others in the vehicle of our PC? As in, do we get to control them as well?

If your vehicle is a Lemon Russ Tank or other vehicle that require multiple people to operate it then I prefer you and the other PC to be in the same vehicle.

OH ok then I just chop and change him a little, sorry I didn't realized it was Imperial Guard only RP
Name: Maximinus Bullert

Gender: Male

Age: somewhere between late 20s and early 30s he doesn't really know

Appearance: 5 o'clock shadow beard, a lot of scars a few on his face and the rest cover his body, short black hair and has a tall and strong looking build and he is also missing his right eye

Rank: Master Sergeant

Personality: A disciplined and ruthless man, Maximinus despises any other cowardly or disobedient man. He also has a habit of shooting said cravens/dissenters immediately and on his own judgement and no one else's.

Regiment: The 261st Death Korps of Krieg Siege Regiment

WarGear: over the years Maximinus collected specific weapons mainly because they helped him get out of tough situations, his Bolt pistol hanging on his left hip, his Chainsword is strapped to his other hip, and his Shotgun is hidden behind his coat.

Bio:Much of Maximinus's past is unknown even to him, he was born in the service of the Emperor since he was a child of 7 when he was old enough he started his training he was taught to use everything even himself as a weapon if need be, when he was accepted he asked to be instantly sent into the field his peers, the elders and his trainer were impressed by his thirsting bloodlust to slay orks and his need to serve The Emperor.

having started his tour of duty as an assistant section leader. He received his current position in the wake of a particularly bad landing during the first phases of a brief suppression campaign against anti-Imperial insurrectionists on Modred. While en route to their dropzone, Bullert's unit came under fire from hidden anti-air batteries. In the resulting confusion, several platoons were misdropped or forced to bail out of their transports, leaving the survivors scattered across roughly forty kilometers of the Modred highlands.

In the absence of orders, Maximinus took charge of the handful of survivors he could find and set out hunting for the batteries while they moved up through a few insurrectionists decided to ambush them and sadly though they were quickly killed it was not before one of them took Maximinus's right eye, the medics couldn't save it in time so someone who could make an optic eye for him, he went through much pain before and after it was inserted. Given his success in that and the subsequent campaign, regimental command chose to make his de facto role official during the reconstruction, a year or so later he was transferred to The 261st Death Korps of Krieg Siege Regiment and was given the rank of Master Sergeant but wasn't put in charge of it as he declined saying "if I'm in charge of a Regiment I won't be able to fight in battle".

Other:Now him and his regiment has joined up with the liberation fleet landing.

yes, I understand that. I'm talking about the non player people inside the tank, required to operated it, do we have control over them as well? I'm not asking about multiple pc's to a vehicle.

Yup, you can control them too. In fact, you can even make multiple character sheets if you want.

Name: Pavel Reiland

Gender: Male

Age: 56

Apperance:
[img/]http://th00.deviantart.net/fs71/PRE/i/2012/086/5/5/adeptus_mechanicus_by_elliatht-d4u4i2z.jpg[/img]

Rank: Magos Reductor Tertiaris
Pavel Reiland is of the most junior rank in the Ordo Reductor, having just ascended to the rank of Magos.

Personality: Considered inexperienced by some, Reiland is eager (by Mechanicus standards) to prove himself. He is a fervent believer in the Quest for Knowledge, and greatly desires to one day lead an Explorator mission of his own to seek out lost Archeotech in the wilderness of uncharted space.
Like all Mechanicus, Pavel sees the loss of any piece of technology-be it a Leman Russ or a plasma gun-as a tragedy almost beyond compare, and will endeavor to save it wherever possible, no matter how damaged. He fears that for each irreplaceable loss, humanity slides closer to the barbarism and ignorance of Old Night. In his determination to prevent this, he will wade into any danger to prevent the destruction of the Omnissiahs blessings.
Pavel enjoys interacting with non-mechanicus personal, finding them a pleasing contrast to Mechanicus society-although their communication is much slower due to their lack of Noosphere connection and knowledge of binary cant. Despite his monotonous robotic voice, he can be warm and friendly, and has a frankly awful sense of humor.
Pavel has a great liking for organization.

Regiment: Attached to the 567th Cadians, Pavel oversees the maintenance of the regiments rare and specialized technology, such a plasma guns, accelerator cannons and grav-weaponry. He ensures that their war-spirits are given the proper supplications and rites, and stirs the machine-spirits of their vehicles to crush the chittering xeno hordes.

Implants:
Finely-crafted bionic legs and pelvis, layered with embossed ceramite armor plating
Bionic left arm with implanted datapad, vox-feed and MIU sockets
Enhanced respiratory system (serves to filter toxins and pollutants, and serves as a back-up should his primary respiratory system fail)
Standard cortex implants (enhanced memory, enables interface with logic engines and machinery via MIU ports)
Bionic visual systems-implanted Auspex/Augar array
Machinator array (Heavy-lifting mechandrite, welding and cutting mechandrites, MIU cables, Manipulator mechandrites, general repair tools)
Ballistic mechandrite (bolt pistol)

Equipment:
3 vials of sacred machine oil
Spare parchment+pens, ink
Glow-lamp
Spare parts-power cells, capacitors, spark plugs, lenses, chronometers, screws, wires, ect
Log-book
Book of the Omnissiah
Mechanicus pendant
Vox-bead
Mechanicus field rations
Pict-capturer

Weaponry:
Omnissian Axe
Rad-projector
Phosphex grenades

Bio: Pavel Reiland was originally an arbitrator, enforcing Imperial law on the oceanic hive world of St.Druses' Hope. He was eager, dedicated and quick with a shotgun, and his skill soon saw him promoted to lead his own squad. Life seemed set for this rising star.
But despair can come as easily as glory. During a raid with several other squads on a local gang hideout, it transpired that they had been betrayed. As soon as they breached the doors, Pavel and his men were caught in a deadly crossfire that cut them down in a heartbeat.
Bullet-ridden, bleeding and dying, Pavel managed to drag himself down an alley, where he found himself at the rear entrance of a Omnissian Temple.
What happened next, Pavel cannot remember, but when he next woke up he found himself in the red and bronze infirmary of the Adeptus Mechanicus building. A lexmechanic had dragged his body from the doorstep into the hall, taking potshots at the gangers who appeared in windows and doorways at the far end of the alley. A medical servitor soon arrived, and Pavel's battered, rapidly expiring flesh was given to the care of a Tech-priest Biologis, who promptly replaced his shattered legs and pelvis with gleaming bionics, fresh from the forges. His left arm was given the same treatment, and in the spirit of 'improvement', so was one of his eyes and part of his cranium.
Though Pavel had never known his father, the Mechanicus owed him a life-debt for the rescue of a priceless fragment of STC from the hands of heretics. Although he had died before the Tech-priesthood had a chance to repay their debt, it was this which had seen them rescue his son and take him into their care.
Pavel had a revelation that day, as he listened to the mechanical voice of the Magos that visited him. His purpose was not enforcing the law in slums and underhives. His purpose lay out in the stars, draped in Red, white and bronze, leading a fleet of noble Explorators in the pursuit of humanities former technological glory.
The next day, Pavel took the Amarantine Oath and swore himself to the service of the Omnissiah, and the Quest for Knowledge. He quickly found himself in the Ordo Reductor for his skill at arms, and the rest, as the say, is history.

Other: Pavel is a keen Astrogator, and spends a lot of time poring over starchartes and plotting routes for mock fleets through various different regions of space.

Its better but there are a few things that I can't accept.
1. The highest rank I'm allowing is Sergeant and your character is a Captain
2. His personality is akin to a Commissar where he'll shoot any cowards or dissidents. I can't allow that unless you actually put out a commissar sheet.
3. You haven't specified whether or not he's a surviving defender or reinforcements for the city

Nice character but you need to state in his bio whether he's part of the surviving garrison on Gharex or in the liberation fleet landing on Vrexas IV

A few more things:
1. The rank of Master Sergeant or assistant section leader doesn't exist in the Imperial guard. This [http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Imperial_Guard_Hierarchy#.U3Mk9PmSzw8] should help the ranks in the Imperial Guard more clearly assuming Maximinus is an NCO. Basically its Guardsmen then Corporal then Sergeant to when it comes to non-commissioned officers and they usually lead small squads.
2. His personality is still lacking. If Imperial officers were found to be executing guardsmen without permission then they themselves would be chastised or executed. Shooting cowards and dissidents is a role only for Commissars.
3. If given a leadership position, it is expected to be carried out fully which means that it would be hard for Maximinus to accept the promotion and not lead.
4. Your sheet states wargear despite him being just a regular Guardsmen. Wargear is reserved for Commissar sheets and since he's fresh reinforcements his gear is standard.

I hope this will be worth and hopefully this is the last time I have to do and I just get accepted

Appearance: 5 o'clock shadow beard, a lot of scars a few on his face and the rest cover his body, short black hair and has a tall and strong looking build and he is also missing his right eye.

Rank: Full Commissar

Personality: A disciplined and ruthless man, Maximinus despises any other cowardly or disobedient man. He also has a habit of possibly shooting to wound beating the crap out of said cravens immediately and on his own judgement and no one else's, in battle he's a master strategist and tactician and being a strategist he is Resourceful, Creative and a bit of a Risk-taker.

Regiment: The 261st Death Korps of Krieg Siege Regiment

WarGear: over the years Maximinus collected specific weapons mainly because they helped him get out of tough situations, his Bolt pistol hanging on his left hip strapped in a leather holster, his Chainsword is strapped to his other hip in a black Sheath and the boltgun has a strap so he can just hang it under his right arm.

[HaHa!! I actually used a wikia fact for the bio lol!]

Given his success in that and the subsequent campaign, regimental command chose to make his de facto role official during the reconstruction.

two years later he was transferred to The 261st Death Korps of Krieg Siege Regiment and was given the rank of Commissar and he was put in charge of it as the last Commissar been killed by cowardly Guardsmen who were deserting when The Commissar caught them trying to leave with as much as they could carry, Maximinus's first action was find the deserters, arrest them for the murder of an officer and deserting the Imperial Guard, which he did just that though two of them didn't comply and try to fight but were killed instantly by Maximinus, this put the fear of him in the other deserters and they surrendered.

Other: Maximinus and his regiment has been Gharex for five weeks they're running low on ammo and supplies, so bad that they've started rationing both of them and though morale is they holding strong.....for now, the Xeno Horde scum will no doubt break through eventually but they must hold the line until The Liberation fleet arrives.
