i was running and gunning in RE4! i had so much ammo for my big guns that by the time i run out of those my handgun has fucking mass ammo!

Naw! You just need to accept that sometimes you need to ditch your awesome gun setup to be using their weapons. Then you never run out because they keep... on... coming.

What annoys me most is games that insist on loading a fresh clip regardless

For example, I'm in fallout 3 and I spent my 5 shots with my rifle. I want to switch to my shotgun and finish the feckers off, but the game MAKES me go through pointlessly reloading the rifle, allowing the thingymajig I'm fighting to catch up

I typically conserve ammo, but still fill my foes with lead. SOmehow, in Fallout 3, my Chinese Assault Rifle is currently at a full 24 rounds with another 1024. In fact, I think I have more by now.

I was a bit impatient, and not very good at finding ammo. Plus it didn't help that I was 13, and emptied a clip into anything that so much as blinked.

i was 11 and i utterly raped the game.
