I agree with above, apathy. And completely deserved. Hope it hurt because some poor car driver will now be shook up over the incident and probably being harshly questioned.
I once got hit by a push bike whilst stationary at a road junction in my car, one of the witnesses called the police because the cyclist was not getting back up. When the police arrived instead of help the guy they just blamed me repeatedly and said it was clearly dangerous driving, they would not accept that fact it was a cyclist's fault. It couldn't possibly be, everyone knows the car driver is ALWAYS in the wrong. They were going to arrest me and such but the cyclist told them it was his fault after the paramedics had fixed him up a bit. Thank God he did. It's completely stupid how the police and witnesses blamed the car driver over a cyclist even though I was completely stationary waiting to pull onto the main road and he just went into my car at speed.
I'll be sure to remind you what people fucking deserve when one of your family members are caught in a fucking accident. Have a little fucking respect, no one deserves this.
You see my family have something called common sense, they generally don't go wandering in traffic and other stupid things like that. The guy in this case did deserve it, it's not everyone else's job to look out for your safety, everyone should be looking out for their own.
Someone with any sense of responsibility for their own actions ought to consider how they affect others.
The only reason people don't get run over walking in front of my car without looking is because I wouldn't do well in prison... This concept of everyone having to look after each other is the reason health and safety laws are so stupid, we have the nanny state and defective genes are no longer eliminated.
You mean the genes that make people misunderstand evolution that badly? Yes, if only we could eliminate those.
But really, that just speaks ill of you as a person. You're selfish and don't consider others.
And seriously? Worrying about how your own actions affect others makes a nanny state? Get real. No, I never called for the government worrying.
Strange how I never mentioned evolution isn't it? However go with your pretence of knowing oh so much more than me and explain just how defective genes are eliminated then? Oh wait I think it was called natural selection, the thing we have greatly stunted with political correctness and coddling each other. Also, for future reference, genetics doesn't dictate your understanding of a topic or its implications. Just so you know.
I consider other's I just think I shouldn't be doing their work for them, they're stupid enough to go playing in traffic? I ain't going to waste my time telling them it'd dumb.
Worrying about how every tiny little action will inconvenience or hurt someone else is exactly what causes a nanny state, all the stupidity the government brings into law in this regard is generally called for by these groups who take worrying over everyone else to extremes.
What a joke. You have no clue about natural selection. I just brought up evolution since people like you, the kind that whine about how we've stopped nature without a clue, usually do it about evolution. And btw, genetics has as much to do with understand of a topic or its implications as it does with kids going on skateboards down the street. Just so you know. And maybe get the point of what I said.
Yes, doing their work for them. Like avoiding hitting them with cars. No, it's not your job not to hit someone, it's their job not to get hit! /sarcasm
You're ridiculous. It's not an instance of worrying about every little action. If you think so you shouldn't have a license. Plus, you're missing the key component. Which is odd since I pointed out it explicitly in my other post: The difference between personally worrying and having the government do it for you.
