I recently bought RE6 for $5 and attempted to play it.

As a result I'm not paying more than pocket change for RE7, just on general principles.

Besides, I have a backlog. Tons of good/decent games out recently.

The game is a solid 8/10, it starts off very strong but ends kind of weak. It's also criminally short, I finished it in about 7 hours.

I need a short game in my life right now. I have a huge backlog of 50 hour games I'll never finish because of my daunting time demands.

Yeah I kinda agree, while I wasn't expecting anything over 50hrs I was at least hoping for something along the lines of 14-16hrs and I was hoping for more weapon variety and upgrades a la 4 hell in terms of items you can buy there are only like 3. However I really do like the 1st person view and I really like the Bakers and their odd quirks and powers, hell I thought the molders would get boring but they were actually threatening from beginning to end(kinda helps they are sparse in their appearance). Its a solid 8 out of 10 and I'm personally glad I spent $60 on it
