Knox whispers back to the Brotherhood member
"I'll fight for myself. I hate what the NCR did to my people, but respect that they're trying to help this place, and I hate the Legion for torturing innocent people...I guess it all comes down to the heat of the moment thing."
Knox looks over to Dead Eye, who asked him a question
"Anders is blond, and has a mustache."

"Just so you know, If the shit hits the fan, I'm with you." whispered back Alex.

Knox gives a short nod and a little grin
"Thanks. Good to know I got a walking tank's help!"

 

[PixelKing]

"Heh. Closest thing to a friend I have in this wasteland." said Alex sadly.

Knox gives a confused look to Alex
"What? Ain't you got those Brotherhood guys fer friends?"

 

[PixelKing]

"They may be family, but they are a business first family." explains Alex.
"Heartless bastards, all of them."

Knox gives an understanding nod.
"Sounds like the Khans at times, but for the most part, we're all friends. You should give a thought to...nah, wouldn't happen..."

"Go on. Please." says Alex in a interested tone.

Knox closes his eyes and gives off a salesman-like grin
"Maybe you should think about joining us! Sure you may not have as much techmical mumbo-jumbo, but you'll have the best family you could ask for!"

 

[PixelKing]

"Haha. Honestly, if I could keep the rifle and armour and paint them khan colours I could see that happening. Plus as you are the next papa khan you could let me." laughs Alex, hoping that he was actually being serious.

Knox gives a Alex a pat on the soulder pauldren
"I'd be glad to let'cha join! As long as you got through the initiation..."

 

[PixelKing]

"Could I keep the armour on as you do so?" laughs Alex. "I'd teach your boys my counter."

 

[OutcastBOS]

Knox nods again
"Yeah, as long as you paint it with the Khan colors...and maybe help teach my boys how to use it."

 

[PixelKing]

"Takes an incredibly long time, plus it is rare to find the armour. Most armour in the mojave has my mark on it anyhow." says Alex.

Night Owl chose to ignore the resulting confrontation between Dead Eye and Marcus and stayed exactly where he was, casually finishing his meal. Upon finishing he ordered several more bottles of Nuka Cola to keep him going and wandered his way over to Marcus.

"I thinking it might be a good idea for us to clear out of here pretty soon, the longer we stay the more likely it is that a fight will start."

Knox kicks the dirt
"Dammit...ah well, when and if the time comes, I'm sure the boys would be up fer anything. 'sides, I bet that set of armor we found a while ago is still there."

"As the new papa khan I assume that will be your armour?" asked Alex.

 

[OutcastBOS]

Knox gives a sly grin and thinks for a bit before replying.
"Maybe. With a Khan touch up, and some custom things...It'll be a good fit for the Khan leader."

 

[PixelKing]

"By custom things you mean skulls right?" laughed Alex. "You want any food or drink bringing back?" he asked.

Knox laughs
"Shit like that, yeah...We could use some'a this stuff...mantis tastes like shit after months..."
