Background: After Bitter springs which he did not regret what happened he just followed orders. Sent on a mission to do recon on Cottonwood cove he sets up a snipers nest on the cliffs above.

Name: Night Owl

Age: 30

Gender: Male

Description: Ranger patrol armour, wide brimmed ranger hat, messy dark hair, dark shadows under his eyes, bone thin.

Faction: NCR

Goal: To observe and if necessary end any threats to the NCR, most importantly the Legion.

Weapons: Assault rifle, combat knife.

Background: Cursed with chronic insomnia he was given the code name Ranger Night Owl. He stalks the Mojave Wasteland in the dead of night, running mostly on unnatural amounts of caffiene and relying on his sharp senses to apprehend the less savoury characters prowling the wasteland.

-How is the group going to be interacting? We all just wandering the wasteland or are we hired by a specific person?

I figured we could all meet in the Lucky 38, like Mr. House had gathered up a bunch of people from the wasteland to do different things. I'm still hammering out all the details.

And I'd prefer it if we were all in a faction, it makes for interesting interactions between people.

Yeah the interactions are going to be pretty interesting, at the moment it looks like a brawl is going to break out the moment these characters meet each other, NCR, Great Khans and BOS don't really get along with each other.

I can see there being a definate arguement between the NCR guys ad the GK and BOS dudes.

Yeah my character is NCR too but he wasn't at Hoover Dam, Great Khans are likely to hate him all the same though, it's going to be fun. As for your idea, the radio signal sounds cool, the only other way I can see him contacting us is through the Securitrons.

Yeah my character is NCR too but he wasn't at Hoover Dam, Great Khans are likely to hate him all the same though, it's going to be fun. As for your idea, the radio signal sounds cool, the only other way I can see him contacting us is through the Securitrons.

Me too, looks like it will be starting up some time tomorrow, if we are lucky some more people might join up before then as well. One of the cool things about the Fallout Universe is how so many factions all hate each others guts which is going to make character interactions really amusing.

Description: Slightly on the tall side, lean but muscular with very little fat, standard Legion armor and helmet

Faction: Caesar's Legion

Goal: To learn about the area for Caesar and evaluate it's inhabitants

Weapons: Machete, hunting rifle

Background: One of Caesar's scouts, Lucius has usually worked on his own to help the Legion expand and conqueor. He was born into the Legion and has remained loyal to it his entire life.
