Lucius walked through the Legion camp to the Decanus' tent. Lifting aside the flap, he entered into the cooler area and stood before Decanus Tiberius.
"Ave," Lucius said, announcing his arrival.
"Ave, true to Caesar," the Decanus responded with. "I am sure that you are curious as to why I have called you."
"I am, though it is not my place to question my superiors."
"Good. I have called you here because of a radio signal we received from one of the Dissolutes in charge of New Vegas. In fact it is the one who claims to control the city himself, Mr. House. It seems he is looking for a warrior from the Legion for some unknown reason. We can not be sure that this isn't some sort of trap, so we will be sending you. You have proven yourself to be a powerful warrior and loyal to the Caesar."
"It is my honor to serve Decanus. When should I leave and where will I be going."
"Pack your supplies immediately. You will be leaving to go to New Vegas and watch the Dissolutes and Profligates so that when we come to conqueror this area, the Legion will destroy them."
"Very well Decanus. For the Legion. For the Caesar."
"For the Caesar."

Lucius walked up to the gate separating "the Strip" from the slum known as Freeside. He had received several odd and hostile looks, but nobody moved to stop him, most likely due to his purposeful stride. As he walked up to one of the metal-men (robots they were called, he remembered) he barked out his arrival.
"I have been called by the Mr. House, the self-proclaimed ruler of this city. He has granted me access to his casino, the Lucky 38, for business with him. I require entrance to the Strip to arrive."
"Very well, walk through this gate and take a left," the boxy robot replied.
The gate that the robots were guarding opened up behind them and Lucius made his way through them to the other side. The Lucky 38 was obvious to see and so he had no trouble finding his way there amongst the wandering Dissolutes and Profligates. More looks were received from those around him; fear from some of the gamblers, hatred from the NCR personnel. Lucius payed them no heed as he walked up the steps to where a robot and several other people were waiting. He walked over to the robot and once again firmly announced his arrival.
"I am the warrior from the Legion requested to meet with Mr. House. Direct me too him so that I may talk to him."
