Night Owl looked troubled at the mention of Bitter Springs, he wasn't present there himself but he knew how messed up some other soldiers who had been there had become, haunted by screams and terrible images

The first thing is a computer chip that I trusted to a man. He went missing some time ago. The only thing I know is that his last know location is on the other side of the Colorado River."
Lucius looked at the NCR soldiers and continued his stony stare at them when the image of what he presumed was Mr. House flashed onto the screen that he was supposed to appear on. His suspicion what confirmed as the image started speaking to the group.

Lucius pondered for a moment on whether the deal was good enough to agree to. Better armor would certainly help the Legion, but should they rely upon one such as Mr. House? His training once again provided him with an easy answer though.
"The Legion may accept your deal Mr. House, but I am not one to decide the Caesar's will. I will relay the deal to my superiors who will likely bring it to the attention of the Caesar. For now though I am will to help you somewhat in your endeavor. Seeing as it will be taking me into Legion territory anyway."

Night Owl was about to agree with Dead Eye and storm away but he stopped himself upon hearing House's next statement.
