Horrible Cutscenes.

I'm doing a project for school centered around the uncanny valley theory and video games. Right now, I need some examples of really awful cutscenes due to poor voice acting, bad animation, unbelievable story/plot, etc. Not just bad graphics or ridiculous action moves. (Keep the uncanny valley in mind.)

The only ones I can think of are Leliana's Song from Dragon Age (not the DLC, but where she literally sings), and maybe some of Liara's more stiffly-delivered lines in the first Mass Effect (I mean, Kaidan's, "JOKER'SWAITINGFORYOUONTHEBRIDGE" line was pretty awkward, but I don't think an after-sex scene would be appropriate). For some reason, I feel like it would be easy to find JRPG's to fit this category. But I don't really play any of them besides Pokemon. :/

Anything that's in the second half of Indigo Prophecy comes to mind, YZ isn't kidding when it gets really retarded because they accidentally killed the mystery novelist writer and replaced it with a sci-fi writer who didn't look at the first half of the script and realize it says nothing about mayan culture, robot ai, chroma [???], ect.

First half was pretty decent actually, and overall it was a decent game.

Well the resident evil games before 4 but that was mostly due (the bad animation anyway) due to the consoles limitations.

From what most people tell me, Other M fits this. The cut scenes have symbolism, and then they also go out of their way to sit there and explain the symbolism of everything. And Samus has a horrible monotone voice explaining it all.

While I'm certainly not going to argue that Night Trap is anything but wretchedly awful, it's not really an example of the uncanny valley (which if you read the entire OP you'll see is the reason they want examples of terrible cutscenes). An example of staggeringly bad acting yes, but not the uncanny valley, as those cutscenes were live action.
