Nearly anything belonging to the Gears of War franchise. I like the games, but the characters alone pretty much live in the uncanny valley - just look at their unnatural body mass, shape, muscle, jaw, and all the rest of it. If you want an example of painful voice acting, just listen to Dom wail on about his wife.
For a twist on your project, consider Bioshock. The game intentially steps into the uncanny valley and it unsettles the player. Instead of looking derivitave and out of place, it only adds to the immersion. Splicers are meant to look fucked up, grotesque and not all that human. You can even draw the uncanny valley with three central characters. The big daddy - the start of the curve. Not human at all but enough human characteristics to make it appealing despite its very menacing groans and overall appearance. Most people love the big daddies. The dip in the middle - the splicers. The human but not quite human characters that repulse the player; you do not feel bad in pulling the trigger because they disgust you. They were human, but not any more and it shows in their appearance, their voices, and their mannerisms. And finally the little sisters. The only characters really resembling an actual human - even with the slug in them, they still pull us way up out of the valley again, even more so if you save them and they look fully human again.
