Haha I'm not ashamed of this at all but it's freaking hilarious and me and my friends still laugh about it. My friend and I were playing Mario Party on the gamecube and he landed on the star space on the second-to-last turn when I was but one space away. Now this star would have sealed the win for him so he started taunting me and moving his finger towards the button really slow. The instant before his finger pushed the button to select yes, I nudged his joystick so when he pushed A he selected to decline the star. I got the star on the next turn and won the game. Haha he was angry but couldn't help but acknowledge how funny it was.

In Prototype, I've probably killed more pedestrians than enemies. I also like sneaking into army bases and killing everyone, even though I have all the powerups and there's nothing I could possibly gain from it.

Although it is funny to pop out in a base, kill a dozen people, run behind a box, transform into a Marine, and run out completely undetected while everyone looks around. Then shoot them.

In a moment of rage in Black and White (maybe 2...) I went to my largest city and went to the trouble of throwing every single person as hard as I could in a random direction.

In Oblivion I like to randomly choose a race and kill every person of that race (that I can, unconscious my ass!)

When i went on a personnel quest in Oblivion to rid Cyrodill of all black people.
Also in GTAIV there was a Internet cafe with nothing but Jewish npc's in it, so i took out my Molotov and kept throwing them in.

anyway, I hated killing the serial killer in that one optional mission in ME1. I just thought that there was something I could have done to help him.

I'm not ashamed of anything. But possibly the most evil thing ever was in Jedi Outcast. Force choking a stormtrooper, holding them over a bottomless pit, THEN throwing your saber at them to cut them in half just felt about as mean as mean gets.
