It looks pretty damn cool, and battlefield games always deliver good squad gameplay. I like the new leveling system too. Can't say I like the campaigns, but I can say this one looks the coolest so far, as long as they have better righting than the first. Also the way the commander says "fucking" annoys me; I don't think it sounds very well pronouncing the ing ending.

Possibly, but I reckon MAG will be. But that's an online exclusive so yea this would probably be more popular then MW2.

If MAG wasn't exclusive, I think it would be, but the only reason Halo 3 had it's stint as the king was because of the massive fanbase prior to release. With no prior fanbase, I doubt MAG will, as exclusives rarely ever dominate a genre, particularly FPS, on first release (Halo 1 was largely overlooked when it first came out), simply because they aren't exposed to enough people.

Damn straight. This game doesn't look like it has got a whole lot of personality. And why do they call it Bad Company 2? If I remember correctly, the first bad company was about a bunch of hiiilarious retards, trying to steal stuff. Where is the connection?

It's precisely that reason and the fact that they managed to survive which is why 'High Command' wants them to stop the Russians from developing or deploying their super secret super weapon. Or that's at least as far as I understand the plot from what I've seen so far.

No idea, I'm a PC gamer and I've never played the original. I'm going to wait for the reviews for it before I consider buying it but because I really need to save money this year, (new motorbike and new retardedly powerful computer I wish to build) I might wait till this Christmas's Steam sale before buying any games. With the exception of SupCom 2.

DICE is a EA Studio.
the company is wholley owned by Electronic Arts, from top to bottem.
infact their trade name is 'EA Digital Illusions CE'

and in all honosty, they haven't acctually made a 'good game' since EA aquired the name...
a handful of 'par' games which hardly stand out save for a few glaring 'what not to do' examples sprinkled across the lot of them.

this will more than likely fall into the tried and true EA production method.
