How did you find The Escapist?

Just something I've been thinkign about for a while. A guy I used to go out with showed me some Zero Punctuation over a year and ever since I've slowly been getting more and more involved in the Escapist XD wbu you guys?

Well, similar story. I saw my brother watching Zero Punctuation so I went and checked it out myself. I soon started watching other Escapist shows and eventually migrated onto the forums as well.

Seems Ben Croshaw is the key to escapist numbers. Same here.
Youtube = Zero Punctuation = Escapist

Same as many others here, I was shown a ZP clip. It was the review he did for Dirge of Cerberus. Then I researched more on Yahtzee, found more clips on YouTube and The Escapist and it went from there.

I watched all of ZP, and then discovered a love for Unskippable, and now I also eagerly await those and Doraleous & Associates and Game Dogs episodes each week

This website for me got linked from Kotaku, which I despise with a passion, I started lurking the forums for about a year before joining up to argue with someone being a prat.

i was watching top gear at hessmo.com and while waiting for top gear to load, i checked out the other randomly featured videos, and one of them was ZP(the HAWX review) and i was so amused, i followed the link here. ever since then, hessmo has been shut down so i have to torrent if i want to watch top gear, but i've also found the forums here to be quite civilised and sensible unlike in gametrailers and gamespot, where the population is made up of 12 year-olds, frat-boy douche-bags, or annoying fan-boys, with only a small percentage of them worth talking to...so here's where i go for forums...

oh and ENN, extra punctuations are great as well...
