I'm a old D&D player and love coming up with stories. So when my friend back then asked me to help him play World of Warcraft, we use basically shitty name. Then, we switch server to do more PVP actions and he task me to come up with character name. Alright! I came with Akalistos. I basically played with Hephaestus (Héphaistos, in french) and started playing with letters. I ended up with that for me. I use the same trick with Roman gods and ended up with Dimitryus for him. He ended up misspelling it. When i checked my stat for the first time on the Armory, I found that I was the only Akalistos in existence and decided to keep it as a moniker. I'm not a real MMORPG freak so if you look up my character, you'll be disappointed.Neuromaster said:I'm curious how people here chose their username. Unlike an avatar, a username can't be changed on a whim, and personally it's the primary way I recognize posters.
