OT: Seriously, just go talk to a girl who's around your age. Start up a conversation or two and get to know her. Try to figure out if you guys have any hobbies in common, and spend time together doing those. If all goes well, she'll be your girlfriend, then your wife, and then you guys might end up having kids someday. This isn't rocket surgery.

This is the best (and most basic) relationship advice anyone could ask for.

In all seriousness, just take it slow with a girl you like. Don't act like Mr. Macho and start flirting right away. You'll get burned badly 99.9% of the time, even if you're physically attractive. Casually chat in classes or between classes. Don't go out of your way to stalk her, though. Once you two start feeling comfortable around each other, then maybe ask her to "grab a bite" or something casual. Remember, these things take time. If you've been buddies for a good amount of time, then look for signs that she's into you. If she's playing with her hair, breaking the "touch barrier," laughing at your jokes even if they suck, looking coyly at you or other things like that, those may be signs that your relationship can go further. I need to remind you again, these things take time. I thought there were lots of girls who were totally into me in high school, but we turned out to be incompatible or she was just playing with me/being friendly and not much else. Don't take it personally if it doesn't work out, and don't feel pressured to date. I wasn't in any serious relationships until college, personally. Don't feel bad if you see couples making out in the hallways or your friends are teasing you for not having dated. You will find her eventually, and it will be the best feeling in the world.

Haha, That reminds me of when a friend and I were in a club and it was around 4 am. We already hooked up with some girls, but they had to leave early and we didn't want to leave, so we decided to use the most stupid pickup lines ever to see how people would react. Pick up lines from :" do you want morning coffee with me ?" to " want to kiss the end off 66 feet of intestins *pucker lips* ".

It turns out people just smile and nod politely while going away xD.

Get good grades at school. Get a law degree. Do your articles. Qualify as a lawyer. Do a couple of years in criminal/family law. Move into something better paid like insurance. Earn a six figure salary.

Once you've done all that, look around for a woman you like the look of who isn't already wearing a wedding ring. You are now a rich, successful, desirable man, so it should only take a couple of attempts to get a wife. What's more, you now have all the funds required for starting a family.

My personal take? You 16 you don't need either. Your personality is going to change at least once more (but more likely 2 or more times). You need to plan to go to college and don't need a relationship obligating you to sacrifice a good college for your love. And a baby right now would be, excuse me, one of the worst possible fucking things to happen to you right now.

If you want a girl you can get one, but don't go too deep into. Those relationships almost never work out and the ones that do are usually because a baby came. With that in mind here are some tips:

Girls like funny smart boys. Boys who know what they want, how they want it, where they want... oh. Well lets just say they like a boy who knows what he's doing both in bed and in life. The confused puppy is adorable at first, but it wears off and is soon replace with "He's incompetent".

Use the internet. Google her name and stalk her... research her profiles, all of the ones you can get your hands on. Find out what she likes and plan accordingly.

Finally don't fire all your guns at once like I did. Sure it makes you looks amazing, but after your out of surprises you don't have much left to go on.

If you are looking for more than just a GF. AKA you want sex then I'm not sure. I had girls crawling on their knees for my attention in high school, but as I said above I was really more concerned with my career than girls.
