Take a "caffeine nap", drink a large quantity of caffeine, then take a 10-15 min nap (you don't need to go to sleep, just zone out for a little bit). It works wonders for me, just don't do it too often...
Get back into a regular sleep pattern as soon as possible. I pulled an all nighter a few weeks ago and my body clock got shot to hell, I missed a load of lectures that week and had to meet with the head of undergraduate studies to discuss my missed lectures. I'm fine now since I made a point of sorting out my bedtimes but you need to do that ASAP. I recommend drinking coffee today and basically trying to stay awake until your regular bedtime. Then go to bed at the same time as usual and try and wake up tomorrow at the same time as usual. Keep on like that, just forcing yourself back into a normal routine, and you should be fine within a few days. But that needs to start right now.Wayte said:So I pulled an all nighter, and now I'm not sure what to do to keep myself up today. Got any tips there Escapists?

Yeah, I keep having those schedules all the time. I will keep going to sleep later every day, sleeping fewer hours per night, until a day off when I sleep until like 7-8 pm and then My schedule gets messed up and I start going to sleep AFTER college and waking up in the middle of the night :ZViolence said:I did the same thing the other night and had work the next day. As long as you keep moving you won't fall asleep. I fell asleep around 6pm though, now I'm up at 4am. It's a vicious cycle!
