Anyone still confused as of my oppinion ?
No, I don't think so. The problem is that it's wrong. If we wind up with someone like bay getting behind it, is we'll get an awful, awful film, that will not actually be about WH40K, just dressed in roughly the same costumes and even then they're liable to get completely redesigned. And as a result of that, the entire franchise will be tarnished by association for a generation or more. (If of course, GW made the spectacular mistake of actually allowing such to transpire, which is thankfully unlikely)
No, what WH40K needs is a few more years of expanding it's fanbase (perhaps by the effects of Space Marine, who knows), so that we can get a decent budget, decent production team and a director that fits the material (maybe someone like Peter Jackson, or looking at Thor, Kenneth Brannagh would be a good fit), so that when WH40K does finally make it into film format, it does it well. That'll expand things further, and then we can get our insane blockbuster awesomeness on.
