How do you adjust your glasses?

If I'm wearing sunglasses, I take them off and put them back on. Or I'll just hold the frame and put them back into place.

Quick/lazy adjustment: Left hand on left lens frame - thumb at the lower left corner, index finger at upper left, middle finger at middle, ring finger at bridge.

Proper adjustment: pinch sides of both ends of the frame between their respective thumb and middle fingers, resting index fingers on the arms.

I deliberately avoid just pushing them up my nose with a finger to the bridge, because I was told by my optometrist when getting my first pair (over 16 years ago) that this weakens the frame.

I use my middle finger on the middle of the glasses so i look like I'm giving a big F U to everyone.

I throw them on the ground, stomp on them, pull out a a BFG and send them burning into oblivion.
Then I put them back on.

I usually hold my left hand in a V shape with my thumb and the rest of my fingers, then prop them up at the bridge and at the arms. Or I just push them up with my index and middle finger.

I'm one of those lucky guys who have 19/20 vision.

I've got 20/20 in my right eye, and 20/30 in my left, so I don't need them quite yet. I've always said that if I need glasses, though, I'd want the same type the ME on CSI: New York has. You know, those ones that come apart in the middle? Those are sweet!

I either push the centre part up my nose with my middle finger, or grab the sides with my thumb and middle finger, and find a comfy spot.

Whenever I am in a situation where I feel slightly threatened, it is a reaction of mine to adjust my glasses by slowly putting my thumb and index finger on my right lens, lifting my glasses up to the top of my nose, and then bringing them forward.

I push up with index and middle finger at the bridge. You should never do anything with the legs (the part that runs along hte side of your head and hooks at your ears) becuase those are realtively weak compared to the rest of the frame. You shouldnt even take your glasses off by them. ALways do stuff at the brigde over the nose.

As for if they dont stay, then i bend them a bit unless i can go to see my aunt (she works at an optomitrist's office. you know, the palce you go and get glasses, i dont knwo theyre called. I just no its where i get my eyes checked and new frames.).
