Just how much Oddworld did you have to play to answer phones like Abe?

I usually just say "Hello". Except to certain friends, to them I say "Yo".
...

How did you guess?

Back in the day when I got my PSone (that thing was damned invincible), I got it with four games. Alien trilogy, Bust-a-move, rayman and Abe's oddysee. Hells yeah.
I played Abe's Odyssey and Abe's Exodus like mad, so that was the first thing I thought of when I saw your post.

"yo, sup biatch?" normally just "hello?" in an inqusitive voice, as in " why the fuck are you calling me, what do you want"

Generally "Hello", but sometimes I just yell it really loudly into the phone, or keep repeating it so they don't get a chance to reply.

The real fun is when I call people, when they pick up I say "What the fuck do you want?"

Well, it makes me laugh.

I say "Joe's taxidermy, you snuff em, we stuff em."

or

"Joe's crematorium, you kill em, we grill em."
what about

" Joe's morgue, you stab em', we slab em'! "

I pick up the phone and sit in silence. They called first, they can greet first.

Oh, that reminded me of one particular telemarketer. I hate those guys.
"hello? Is (my name) there?"
"No, I'm sorry, he's out right now."
"Can you go get him?"
"That wouldn't be a good idea."
"Where is he?"
"Ask your wife."

I say Hello if it's someone I don't know (in my most boring, non-commital voice... in case it's someone I don't want to talk to, I can tell them I'm at work, busy, in a meeting, whatev...).

If it's someone I do know, it's "Hey, there!"

I'm sad enough to have the metal gear solid Codec ringtone on my phone, so every time someone calls my i say "what is it colonel?"

not too many people get it.

"I'm sorry, but the number you have dialled has not been recognised. Please hang up and try again later."
Repeat ad nauseum :D

"'Allo 'allo 'allo!"

"Hi, I'd like a large supreme pizza with extra pineapple and a sticky date pudding"

"Heya!"

Or, occasionally, "Hello?"

There's "watsup?" to people I like. "Hello" to family and 'official callers', and Fuck off to everyone else.

Well my phone calls go like this

(Pick up Phone). "Hello ?"

Them: A Salam Malykum ! who is this ? (useally this since it's always some uncle, aunty, cousin or who ever in my infinfite family that i don't know)

Me: (i must reply with respect if they say salamalaykum) umm Walakumsalam ,, who is this ?

Them: Is this Z ? ow how are you Z , how is life ? are you studying ? and where is mum and dad ?

Me: (in my mind im pissed since to me it's some random person acting super freindly asking questions which i don't have the time to answer) umm yes i'm fine now who is this ?

Them: Where is you mother ?

Me: first who is this ?

Them: Is your dad at home

Me: (At this point i'm sprinting across the house looking for someone to give the burden to)

Every one call i pick up is like this about some X reletive who i don't know but knows me and is supposed to be close to me parents.

You have no idea how annoying it is !

other then that i say Hello but i ignore the phone 8 out pf 10 times

I screen my calls by waiting until they have started to leave a message, if I know them, I pick up and greet in a manner appropriate for the person.
