I'm feeling a bit bored and a little on the tired side, probably due to the week-long rain we've been getting.

My money's going on textbooks and Fable 3 (don't judge me harshly) so no boxsets and it's good to see that someone else doesn't particularly think freshers events are the be all and end all of your first week at uni. I'm not saying they are bad they are just not my sorta thing.
I'm buying New vegas but will probably buy that too. there are a few people I've met who don't love freshers events. Too each his own, you know? I like pubs, they like clubs. Why not let everyone do what they want to do instead of forcing them into dank, noisy holes?

Funny you should ask. Today is the first time in months that I have felt truly and deeply depressed. I'm mentally exhausted after a week and a half of non-stop negative events. In no particular order they include:

Loss of a friendship, hospitalization, a failed exam, a crashed car, a second loss of friendship (with a former lover), and a family member getting shot (for reasons unrelated to any of the other events listed). The only consolation in this mess is that when I say a family member "got shot" I need not include a line about any expected funerals.

I'm going back to bed...

I feel great! Positive energy up the ass! :D ...I just so happen to be bored and have not much to do with all my energy, thus me milling around on the forums here...
There needs to be more answers like this here.

Can't say I'm at the level, but I am good. I have pretty much nothing to complain about. It's to the point where I've actually been building motivation to start doing stuff. For me that's saying something. Go figure.

Cheer up people.

I'm sad that Left 4 Dead 2 is downloading at only 74.1 KB/s, it's been around over 3 hours and it's only at 8%.

I'm going to go do a performance in about 2 hours so I'm nervous. Other than that, I'm just peachy.

This thread has gotten quite a bit of attention!

I'm feeling a bit jaded; I wrote what felt like a novel, and my wrist is sore. It feels good to be typing again.
I'm learning a second language, and I'm getting pretty excited about that.
I'm peeved because League of Legends won't download faster than 12 hours...which is stupid because of my brothers Xbox hogging all of the wifi like an obese man eating all of the buffet.

I'm good though! You?

Kind of in the middle, really. I'm futzing around on the internet for my self-assigned 'do nothing' hour after I get up, and then I have to see if I can fill a page with waffle about why resistors produce heat and blah blah blah. Followed by more waffle about how a single set of data and a graph proves global warming. I love high school.

Very bored because even though I've got a book report due in two weeks (and haven't started even) and have a massive amount of homework, I am procrastinating beyond all possible means and am running out of things to take time from my homework. Other than that, I am great because it is, "Spirit Week", in my school and everyone's outfits are hilarious.

I'm pretty content. Kind of frustrated with my financial situation and love life (or like thereof), but otherwise life's alright.

Starcraft 2 is out so I can't complain too much.

I'm pretty good today.

The only time this day sucked was when I just got off the bus, and it started pouring down rain.

Depressed.

Long story short i left a night job that was very very well paid, but had the hours to boot (Regular 60-72 hour weeks) for a job with my brother as a bike breaker. The problem is my brother is used to working on his own, or with people that are practical/good with bikes, which i am not. Que him being snappy because i dont know what im doing, and then toss in very low wages and then sprinkle over a miserable home life and 2 years of singledom.

serve in a bowl of misery and depression, and you get my current mood.

I also will not go to the doctors to help combat said depression as it may effect the chances of me getting into the police in later life.

Also, before you all say "Get another job" - All the jobs round here are either telesales, on 12k (which is far below what i was being paid, but above what im being paid now, but is not enough for me to live on) and i refuse to work in a callcentre again.

*sigh* I think i need a hug.
*hugz*
Everything will be okay.
