I like to go out on my mountainbike. I get a strange kind of anger sometimes, because of my Diabetes, it's like I know I'm extremely pissed off, I can practically taste it it's so intense, but being fully rational the whole time. It's not your typical anger, where you might not even realise your mood.
But for any type of anger, riding it out helps me - excercise gives your brain something to focus on, and gets your blood pumping properly, so your body can better deal with whatever is making you angry. Seriously, I never feel more at peace than when I stop at the bottom of a steep hill that I just gunned down

. I live near a lot of woods and countryside, mountainbiking through woods is pure therapy for me.
