How do you judge a person's beauty?

For me face and escpesially eyes are important. Any color is fine if they are very bright. Facial expressions are important as well it`s good if they are very strong. I`ve met some people who have no expressions at all and I could never be turned on by them.
A ot of make-up is usually bad thing, buut in some cases that can be acceptable. Eyeliner can be thick but eye shadow should look natural. Hair is not that important but it`s hot when it falls over one eye.
Body isn`t that important but petite features are nice, still too thin is not good. Ribcage for example really turns me off. Skin color doesn`t matter to me at all.

I have no real preference in hair or eye colour, breast size, body type, skin tone, clothing style or anything really. Race doesn't matter either. Women are women, regardless of dark skin or slanted eyes.
There are some things I dislike though, like bleached blonde hair, fake tans, overweight, overly skinny or really bad teeth. Too short is on the list too. I'm 6'8" and once dated a 5'4" girl. It was physically impractical at times.
But, I'll overlook any but the most grievous flaws if her personality and compatability with me are great.

Ooh, I am a short lady. I am only 5'2 so, naturally, I have this thing for tall guys.
I don't have much a preference for hair and eye color--though it has tended to be dark hair and blue/green/brown in the past. Eye color doesn't make much difference to me.
About body type, I don't like scrawny, stick-thin guys. If it looks like I could beat you up, I don't find it physically attractive. I don't mind lean guys though. And I don't mind muscular guys at all. I do mind if it just looks like a guy can't be assed to take care of himself. I also can't stand for guys who are clingy. Or guys who want me to be their mother. Or guys who wear their trousers too low. I'm not sure why some guys think that is awesome. It looks ridiculous. Put on a damn belt if your pants don't fit.
Attitude can swiftly change my opinion of a person. Arrogant guys are a turn-off no matter how good they look. But a funny, interesting, intelligent man is always appealing.

I hardly ever find guys attractive.
I like girls with a similar physique to mine. Dark hair and pale skin is nice as well.

Girls- I like tall women with a Amazonian look. I love red heads with pale skin. On the flip side though, I also love Japanese girls with long, long blue black hair.
Guys- I like a swimmers build for the male body. Not a fan of bulk although I do appreciate all the work that goes into it. I like men no taller that 6'0ft. I also love redheads, but nice hair and nice eyes of any kind will work for me too.

ok Ill start from the top
- hair can be short or medium, but long is not hot. perfarably darker, but pretty much all hair color is good.
- The face is the most important aspect in physical features, every one should aggree to that, unless they are autistic or have some social disablity (im serious, this has been scientifcly prooven).
-Asain noses are not hot to me, nor are hooked, or overly larged bumped noses. Strait, or slight curve on top are the best.
- Eyes I have no pick with,
- eyebrows can't be overly large or drawn
- over round ness in the face is unattractive
- over use of makeup is unnattractive
- cleff chins are wierd but not overly unnatractive
- mustaches are ugly no matter how small, if you have to shave on your face at all its ugly
- necks are ok as long as your head does not go into your shoulders.
- shoulders overly elongated make you look like a transvestite, usually only accours if your shorter.
-arms I really have no pick (unless you have pit hair which is disgusting) with but fingernails can't be those fucked up short ones, god I don't care who you are thats fucking ugly. nor can they be overly lengthened.
- chest, any thing over GG doesn't really matter any more but I think C's and D's are ok. (might be smaller I don't know my cup sizes that well, I just know that any one that thinks C's are big is an idiot)

- Legs, deffinatly shaven, but pretty much no pick other than that.
- Feet, can't be those gnarly ones, or overly short or lengthened nails.

- I greatly prefer taller, if your not atleast 5ft 8 inches its kind of odd, you can be
in the 6ft+ range as well.
- I don't find black people attractive, but I do find them beautiful.
- Fatter is better as long as they are not over 300 (and possibly more depending on were its put) pounds
- I prefer hot over cute, but then again my definitions are obviously not your deffinitions
I just mentioned physical features but yeah I like people who like to have fun (non sexually but that good too) ie going to exoctic places BESIDSE europe, jeeze I hate it when people are all like "if i could go any were I would go to rome" or france or the like, Go to somewere else, like Austrailia, India, Taiwan, philipeans, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia etc. jesus christ, its a lot more exiting when you go somewere slightly less generic. And don't sit there and just look at the "beatiful sorroundings" DO SOMTHING, like diving or hangliding, or horseback riding or somthing that involves actuall activity.

I have my preferences of course but it's easier for me to say what I don't find beautiful than what I do in a woman.

I get what you mean in your post as well but that is not really what the topic is about, I think the OP simply wants to know what we find attractive in a person.

i'm more into redheads and brunettes .. i can NEVER date a girl with a tan (i like milky skin although i'm attracted to every ethnicity i, like everyone else have my prefferences)
she CAN'T be one of those helpless innocent over the top anime personalities ... i date WOMEN not girls .. i like to feel like we're equals mentally .. not just babysitting a walking pile of insecurities i bang at the end of the day
she has to be wild but mature .. hard as nails but soft when it's appropriate
she has to be able to appreciate subtle arts (E.G moonlight reflecting off a stream, flowers falling off a tree) .. and she has to be good in bed .. not just lying back and receiving (but still able to make love occasionally)
