I like them scrambled with paprika, parsley, salt, pepper. A bit of ketchup makes them perfect.
Add a side of toast and some baked beans and I'm in Breakfast Heaven.
As for which eggs I buy, I get the mid-range variant.
I don't want the cheapest ones (they're drenched in droppings), but the "eco"-version is too expensive for me. I don't really know where they stem from most of the time, but when I looked last time, it were free run eggs, apparently one step "below" free range eggs on the PC-scale.
I don't always buy the same brand, though, so I dunno if that observation is significant.
