Free range.

Even though I can't actually taste the diffence between free range and normal eggs.

I just like wasting my parent's money.

I guess money costs are an exception. Is there any way to cut back on something else you need less for the extra few $$$?
Don't be retarded. There're a hundred more important things to do that take precedence over eggs, so you can go and shove it. Stop trying to tell people what to do. Now, I don't agree with cage farming, but I see free range as a luxury. If I'm short of cash, that'll be the first thing to go. And that's really the point of the battery farms.

Over hard soaked in tabasco sauce and laying on top of toasted pumpernickel or english muffin. Ok so I read the rest of the thread and realized I posted improperly. Sorry. I do believe free range is the way to go. It is more humane and I feel the eggs might actually taste better. We don't always buy that way, but I think we should more often. It is important to live one's life as conscientiously as possible.

unfertilised
sorry couldn't resist

For reasons of taste I prefer to buy free range eggs, they get exercise and a better diet which all add to the eggs taste, on the other hand battery farmed chicken eggs are cheaper so if you want to sacrifice flavour for cost that's understandable.

As to the morality behind the debate I prefer chickens to be raised outside of cages and would rather have battery farming wound down however I've not looked deeply into the subject and so can't rightly say what should or should not be done.
